1mg of nic in the mouth hits faster and harder then vapor absorption through the lungs. Nic in juice is made from free-base nic which readily bonds to PG and it make it harder and long for the body to breakdown and absorb the funky stuff.

nothing can replace the hand-to-mouth action. Just remember this: tobacco companies don't want you to stop smoking and pharma don't want you to stop using their NRT products.

The 90s smoker would remember this. There was actually a nic inhaler that works exactly the same way as a PV would and it uses low strength nic cartridges(pretty much like our juices now but minus the flavors). You need a doc's prescription to buy from a pharmacy and the max strength you can go is 8mg. Now here's the killer..... You can only get a prescription for a max of 6 mths then you have to stop for 3 mths before you can continue. the starter kit costs $170 in 90s money for the "PV" & 10 cartridges.

I'm more worried abt e availability or ease of access for all vapers rather than cost. Those who hv used these managed to quit or reduce significantly e number of sticks they take. So, it'll be pretty sad if ppl were to quit due to lack of local sources and increase in price. No one in their right frame of mind would quit vaping due to e scare tactics employed.

Anyway, it'd be fair game if a few of e tobac companies and big pharma were to develop their own versions of PVs. Then, maybe, we can see some awareness and acceptance. In any case a politically-correct answer is needed, I don't mind paying $15-20/10mls if e juice is good. Cos it's still cheaper and btr than analogs.

Just my plain and boring opinion.

The pros of having it legalized.

- Easier access to PVs, Juices & Accessories.
- No need to hide, just to vape.
- Quality of juices can be controlled.
- Research can be done on many more flavors for juices.
- Shops selling PVs, juices and accessory may be available, with restriction to enter and purchase (like adult novelty shops).

The cons.

- Prices will increase due to taxes.
- Will probably have the same restriction of locations that can vape, just like analogs.
- Nicotine amount per ml, will be controlled and most probably greatly lowered.
- Many more restrictions that I believe will be imposed on the sale and use of PVs.

Btw, this is just my opinion.
