Which is why I wish someone from Bloog would step in here and help us out. Guess it is a smaller operation than I thought (the V4L staff is very active in their forum)

you have to remember the one guy Leaford to answer this is most likely busy getting things in order for the big shipment to the states. You saw Toni post and while she said she may know whats causing the burns she wants Leaford to step in. Now i personally vaped a MF cart on a v4l battery a few times and never had any problem other than the draw is not the best. that being said, Its nice to see all the customers rise up and defend a product they love but they went a bit harsh on the OP.

I have never liked cartos. And this is why....Everything about a carto is going to cause us vapors nothing but problems.(FDA)

You cant cram all that into such a small space with heat and not have melting..burning..etc.

Iam in NO way tring to "bait". All Im saying is if you look at a carto, really look at what its made of and how it is intended to work...its simple to see all the "wrong" in them.

Get yourselves some attys and a drip tip...in my modest opinion it is the safest way. No filler to melt and no carcinogenic plastic to inhale.

Again...just an opinion.

Ive never had a reg soft cap Kanger burn on me, never had discolouring or anything. Fill with whatever juice, stick it on whatever batt and enjoy..
Attys never gave me a clean taste, they spill all over and have no TH unless I use lr and they would drain my batt in no time.. so not an option.. Kanger carts give me a nicer cleaner taste than any atty Ive tried.... weird how our experiences can differ so much..

Cryx can you take some more zoomed out pictures? With the filler as well. Id be curious to see the rest of it. If the casing doesn't come out willingly which is not your case that white ring can tear up when you try to take it out.

As mentioned before, I left them in my wife's light tent after taking photos so they are in the trash again. After the merciless insults, I'm not sure I want to dig them out again. :p Here's an uncropped photo from the first night:

PICT7880.jpg

I don't have photos of the casing, but the inside was spotless. The white plastic ring didn't leave globs on it like it did the silicon sleeve, although it's hard for plastic to adhere to metal. I unwrapped some of them and they were pristine. No sign of damage or discoloration. The problem is solely at the heating element.

The problem though is that I am being held to a different standard then the OP is. This is where my problem is coming from. As we all know some tend to jump to conclusions, and then review the facts. I am as guilty as others and several demanded I apologize for it. Which I have. Is my observations not as valid as others? It appears that they are not according to at least one poster. It is for this reason I feel that I am not wanted here. I do not force myself on others.

I don't want to perpetuate the soap opera, but the key difference is I posted clear proof to back up my assertions. I understand you did and maybe still misinterpret the photos and I'll accept some fault for that. I was posting for an expert like Leaford, and incorrectly assumed many others have probably dismantled these and knew what they were looking at in my pics.

Your "observations" were accusations and personal attacks. I'm sorry you can't see the difference. More than anyone else, you really hurt me with repeated accusations of being a liar and a fraud. Others eventually changed their tone, regardless of whether they completely believe me, and I really appreciate that.

It's water under the bridge, so let's please stop diluting the thread? Ok?

My biggest question in all of this is the "tightness in the chest" and respiratory problems. Why have no other BMF users (that I've read mention of) experienced this? If we're all vaping plastic all day, why hasn't anyone brought up this issue?

I've brought up this issue a couple of times but didn't use the words "tightness in chest". Rather, my experience has been that I feel some sort of harsh irritant entering my lungs whenever I've tried a BMF blank carto. It has nothing to do with TH or PG/VG ratio. It feels very foreign and I've never felt it with any other brand carto I've used. It makes me cough and, quite frankly, scares the He11 out of me! After reading this entire thread, I feel my concerns are justified and I'll never use BMF cartos again, if nothing is done to change them.

Let me restate: Problems aside, I LOVE these cartos, and believe it's an ingenious improvement on a standard carto. I've got a really great and simple idea that might fix the problem. I found one bloog carto in my pcc (ssh!! don't tell the tree-hugging wife that went berserk over the plastic) that I don't think went completely bad.

If I can find the right materials of the right size, I'll prototype my idea. I'm highly paid engineer with a reputation for being able to rig/fix anything...

That's fine for hanging around the house, sitting at the PC, etc. But isn't convenient at all. I'm not dragging a bottle of juice around with me to work, while driving, while shopping, waiting at the airport, etc. I need something I can just reach in my purse or pocket and used now, put back, grab again later and use now.

The fact that this technology is in its infancy does concern me. I feel a bit like a guinea pig. Hopefully there will be great strides made in improving them and their safety in the coming years, and we can have them manufactured here, and be able to walk into the corner store to buy stuff without being at the mercy of China & the FDA.

Grab ya a bottom feeder and problem solved. I too LOVE the idea and concept of cartos...but the design...like you all have said...is in its infancy..there for very flawed...not to mention dangerous.

BUT...once again...just an opinion.

If you dont have anything constructive to say about cartos why are you here? to advertise somfin else? to spam? dont get it, you dont like cartos and dont use them, so youre in a carto thread trashing cartos??? should i go and write stuff in a mod thread about why I dont like them??? Dont get you guys... really dont....

oh and you are not in a kr8 thread, your in a Bloog thread, on their forum advertising somthing they dont sell.... just saying m8...
