Just wanted to point out .... If you already own some 808 batteries with a charger , you can just order some carts and a few batteries from bloog. I use my case and charger from a different vendor .... works just fine.

And even If you dont have a charger yet ... Not sure why but, Ordering all the individual components is actually cheaper than buying the kit .... Just sayin'

Ive tried several different types of VP's the ego, njoy, blu, V4L .... first off ... the njoy and blu are crap. sorry but they are. so far the Bloog takes the cake. by a long shot.​

When I ordered, I wanted to part it out because it's cheaper and because I wanted two different color batteries, something not available in the online ordering process. I wondered the same thing, and emailed them asking about the USB cord and battery and they responded that yes, you do get the cord and battery.

So yes, the USB cord and battery come with the mini-PCC even if you don't order the kit. They also threw in the two velvet battery bags that are supposed to come in the kit.

Thanks Frick. I just ordered my wife the mini kit in parts, as you suggested. I just wanted to make sure she would be able to recharge the PCC, before I did so. She is making do with a NPro right now and struggling to make it enough. I'm thinking the bloogs are just the ticket to get her more comfortable/satisfied with the vaping and off of the analogs for good.

My Prodigy is just too much of a beast for her. She is intimidated by its size and doesn't want to go through the trouble of dripping and worrying about popping atty's etc. As soon as the kits are stocked back up, I'm going to get myself the regular bloog mf kit. Parting it out doesn't seem to save anything and I want the full size blue batts for mine (not in stock right now anyways).

Parting it out saves a few dollars, for whatever reason. $90 for the kit and $86 parted-out.

I'm sure she's going to love it. It's the most analog-like experience in vaping right now, IMO.

The Prodigy isn't my name for it. It is a mod manufactured by Pure Smoker. It is a 6volt PV that produces quite the vapor, th, and flavor. It's problem... as with most mods... is that it is larger and very difficult to carry along and use in public. It's best use, IMO, is for dripping at home. That is why I'm considering a Bloog for myself to use when I'm on the move.

I have quite enjoyed this thread, thank you for starting it. I see you put up with a lot of crap after posting and would hope it doesn't discourage you from posting legit concerns again. Concerns don't have to be vetted by an independent scientific study to be valid concerns worth expressing. There are probably a lot more people that appreciate your willingness to share your thoughts than there are people who want to disparage you for daring to venture into the brand-loyalist territorial pissing arena without your "vote for Bloog" button on.

To be fair, I see the same thing all the time in any vendor specific forum. A “vote for Bloog” button isn’t the only flair you’ll need around these parts.
