Currently, the highest voltage E cig I've seen is the EGO twist which can be tuned up to nearly 5 volts... I'm very unfamiliar with mods but I know some mods can produce higher voltage...

What if A provider like " Joy " Came out with an E Cig that put out 1000 Volts? Which you could turn up or down all the way from 1 volt to 1000 of power? Can you imagine taking a drag with 1000 volts of power running threw the e-cig?

Ok I know that there are VV batteries that go at least to 6 volts I have on the Provari. Just to help you Voltage is not power. Power is watts and is a factor of the output voltage of the battery and ohms on the atomizer. It is calculated by this formula Voltage squared / ohms = watts or power.
At 1000 volts you would be in danger as that kind of voltage would be able to draw an arch. All you need for a single coil atty is between 4-8 or maybe 10 watts. Depends on your need and the atty etc.
Her is a chart that will work on single coil attys. For a dual coil in parallel double it.

Many batteries can handle 2 amps. At 1000 volts and 2 amps 2000 watts. If you wanted to vape at 8 watts you'd need 125kohm atty.
I forgot to give my electronics explanations.
Volts are electrical pressure. (V)
Amp is volume as with a hose and waters gallons per hour rating. (I)
Watts is power or work. (P)
Resistance is to electricity as the size of a hose is to water. Only with water the smaller the hose the greater the resistance. (R)

Spinner has a 1,300 mAh vv. I'm not sure what you're attempting to convey. As far as wattage, over 8.5 will fry most atty's and juices. Ultimate power is not always needed, nor necessary. I understand Janty has a device that will go to 25 watts. Who needs to fry bacon?

Could you be thinking of 1000mAh?
