What is going on with Chinese post?

My 3rd order showed up today. The order I made a couple days ago now says it has processed through Nanjing. This is a first as most, if not all, of my previous orders were routed through Beijing. But after seeing that statement released about Beijing stepping up security, it makes sense.

Here's CS response to my ticket:
"Sorry for the issue. It seems the package has been returned.
The carrier may try to resend that package with a new tracking number. We will inform you about the new tracking code if they resent it.
They may return that package to us if they failed to resend. We will also inform you about that when we get the package and will provide you a solution.
Please wait for some more days for the final result. Thank you."

My package updated today. Says it is on its way to a USPS facility. Seems it made it through just fine.
FT opened a ticket for my order that has been going in circles. In an email they said it appears customs held the package, then did a "return to sender". FT said I would get a new tracking number when the re-ship it. Good news I guess, could be worse. 
After I complained about the number of days since my package was returned I was offered the choice of having it resent by the same method through a different post port or via Singapore post registered airmail. I requested Singapore post.
2 of mine said that at one time.waited about 7 days and looked at the tracking both had been resent back to fasttech.all this stuff don't seem to be clearing up.more packages are getting through then before.but still massively backed up guys.I got 1 package in and 2 more to go.going to be putting that new typhoon on pre order, it drops at the end of this month and God I hope this is all cleared up by then that rta is one I've been dying for haha.
I've got my eyes on that Taifun GTR clone too. The YTFK version is apparently due in 4 days, the SXK in 8 days. And one of my wayward parcels cleared customs today, the other looks to be right behind it, so things seem to be improving at last.
Yea it does seem to be moving for some.still couple people here and there getting kicked back.I picked up that "Four One Five" today.had to get it, it looks so nice and that deck is kinda new so why not buy it right?I was going to pick up that taifun from fasttech but that rta I want the logos on it.I like the taifun logo.all the other clones I don't care if they're logoless or not but that taifun I need it with logos!!!! Ok, so here's an update.....nothing has changed.fasttech is still getting stuff kicked back to them from Chinese post, Hong Kong seems to be a huge problem.people in uk, usa and Italy all have reported problems.unless you're among a couple lucky people who's packages seen to sneak by security you're going to be waiting at a minimum of 1 month before your package leaves Chinese.
Mine seems to have made it through. I also purchased some other non-vape items from another company from China that has made it through without a hitch this weekend. I am going to place another fasttech order soon so I will let you guys know how that goes when I place the order.
I placed one 4 days ago and one today.waiting for my four one five and a couple mecs to get all packed up.the one today was kinda big.
that's what I'm saying.I'm not buying it, plus fun fact even tho my package that I made this post about was kicked back to fasttech 4 times my second order got to me in 2 and a half week.that package was kicked back to fasttech a couple time but made it to me in record time haha.don't make sense at all.
Yes, please keep us updated bro.hopefully we'll just keep one another updated on good and bad fasttech travel times.seems like fasttech just keeps hitting everyone off with the "we fixed everything so go back to ordering stuff" and a lot of people aren't buying it.me personally I don't think 3 weeks to a little over a month is bad at all for a fasttech delivery or in the case of a couple people on here like you.they're not even affected at all.
