My first clearo was a cheapo no name disposable. When I went to "clean the coil" I tore the coil apart. Ended up with two straight wires. Luckily I had just bought an iClear 16. Found this site looking for what I did wrong so it wasn't a total loss

I was building a micro coil at my desk and forgot to lock the fire switch on my nemmy. Long story short, I burnt a 2mm hole (in diameter) through my nail
I tried to argue with the ignorant who dragged me down to their level and beat me with experience!!

1.) Not knowing, like a bone head, I got my first iclear 30B tank and promptly filled it with Raspberry Sugar Free Syrup. Not, a VG or PG just DaVinci artificial flavoring made for drinks or Italian Ice. You're not going to believe this but...IT DID NOT VAPE!
2.) This happened tonight. After having a spat with my wife, I figured, I'll show her! I proceeded to order about 150.00 work of vape 'stuff' Doesn't sound so horrible except for the fact, I had ordered almost 200.00 worth of...'stuff' earlier today. Some body is gonna be in some weal twouble

Went to change atomizers with PV in normal position. Unscrewed the full tank only to realize I unscrewed the top with base still attached to the PV. Juice eveywhere.
After talking hubby into the idea that buying a cig a like "deluxe" kit was a worthwhile investment for me I torched the end of one of my batteries by absent mindedly trying to light it with a lighter. I never did tell him, I just waited until he went to bed and then got out some sandpaper and smoothed the end of the batt and then repainted the end with some nail polish......
The most stupid mistake you can possibly make after becoming a member of the vaping community is to go back to the sticks. I'd say most of these are just slight learning curves.
Well.. you know those mini protank things? They have a little base on the end of the clearo? Have you ever tried getting the liquid into the mini protank and wondered why it wasn't going in then stared at the base at the end of it that was kind of wet?
Funny you say that. I have also done that. Not a pleasant experience.

I had a Vivi Nova explode on me. See, the head that came with it was too long so when I screwed it all the way down (not loose) I didn't realize it popped off, and juice exploded under the tank D:

Early on I attempted to swab an evod with a Q-tip. It was attached to an MV Diablo, and as would be expected, the darn thing stuck in the tube. When I tried to pull it out, I ripped the auto switch out of the pipe. Next Diablo went swimming out of my shirt pocket in a salt lake while retrieving my stuck lure... I have had my third for a good while now, and never take it out of the house.

I am a carto tank user but I got a couple of evods to try out. I forgot how to tip them over when getting ready to refill when they were half full and dumped a half tank.
The other thing was getting an eRoll, worst purchase I ever made.
