What is the primer fluid made of?

I had the awful taste, so soaked the atty in vodka, rinsed with water and put in the oven at 150 for 20-30 min
now the atty does not work. did I screw this up? or does it need to dry longer than that?

Sounds like it just needs to dry longer.

Yeah, sounds like it needs to dry longer, but 20 minutes at 150 degrees should usually do the job.
Did you blow out all the water really well before putting it in the oven?

Primer fluid is 0mg juice, usually anyway, one supplier I know uses USA Mix. So, when it reaches us it is probably stale. That plus residue from manufacturing creates the taste that some of you do not like. Personally, it doesn't seem to affect my vape so I'm not sure what the fuss is about.

Usually? So 60% of the time it's 0mg e-Liquid and 40% it's "residue from manufacturing"?

I guess it's that 40% that makes my head ache and my lungs pound in my chest.
