The hana types are about the size of a 100 pack of cigs but add a 1/4 inch to the thickness. There are some dna 30s that use an integrated battery instead of a 18650 that look smaller. The integrated battery version is
Depth 26 mm
Height 72 mm
Width 43 mm
Product Weight 113 g
The Regular ones are.
Depth 25.5 mm
Height 88 mm
Width 49.5 mm
Product Weight 164 g
These are just the ones I would get i like to be able to up the wattage. There are some smaller one probably but would not be much smaller. A mod that uses 14650 batteries would be smaller.

I have small hands, and I use the Cloupour black, logoless Hana DNA30 clone. It's very lightweight and fits comfortably in my hand.

Note - I bought two of them, because the battery door is secured with screws, and pass-through charging is awkward. I use one whilst the other is charging. They're cheap, so it's no big deal to order two of them.

I also added an airflow controller atop each one to preserve the integral 510 threading. I use the Innokin iClear 30s clearomizers with them.

Depends on what you're looking for in quality too.

I use an "inexpensive" box mod....that's pretty small. No screen though, just a dial.

FYI... All VV mods are "regulated". In order to get VV (or VW for that matter), it needs a voltage regulator.

Mine takes two 14500 batteries. Fits in my hand, smaller than a pack of cigs. Cheap plastic box. :/ Not many of these around anymore. Was a madvapes kit, or a mod made by someone else that doesn't make em anymore. The EVOD "topper" I'm using is about as tall and thick as the box is tall and thick.

White Variable Volt Box Mod Kit (mine is similar, and black)
Would work if you know someone that can solder, or want to ask in the modder's section.

Here's an example of a different one (the one I use is smaller...takes 14500s like I said).

I saw a pic for something super tiny - Mamu made it, I think? It made me wonder what was available out there.

I couldn't think of what to call it specifically to differentiate those mods that have a small screen from other variable voltage...

the ePower! made by Katady. 2200 mAh.... about the size of an Ipod, just thicker. I got one because the MVP was too big for my smallish hands also.

Actually if you're talking about dimensions including the tank, nothing beats the space efficiency of the Kato box mod. Just be aware that it's a mechanical mod. The real one is over 200 bucks but you can get clones for like 70.

Edit: Woops, the OP was looking for a vv/vw. So I guess this doesn't work.

How about eleaf istick? i use that with aspire tank with bvc coils...and it chucks plenty of vapor for me.....and is the smallest (box mod) not really box mod....but is in box form...goes up to 20w....vv...vw. and will fire down to 1 ohm.

produces plenty of vapor for me.
