Last time I ordered dual coils 8 months ago or so I got a pack of 5 with no wicks. I didn't open it meaning to send it back but am too busy.
Last time I went to order they were all out. " oh great at least I have a backup" found out no wicks. Finally ordered last Tuesday, took till Friday to send it out came yesterday with my 2 new 5 packs coils but guess what? THe wicks are like 1/8 long out of the coils. Most likely just like the first one I got but never opened.
Whatever I cNt figure out how to send a pic on this forum to show. Very frustrating wasting so much time to try to send a pic to the forum pic challenged person like me when I shouldn't even have to. You have no phone number or text.
What a letdown from a company I been with relatively happy with for many years.....
Let alone you've been out of my go to juice for about a year I've been having to use a higher strength nicotine than I need.
