Well, since I opened this "can o worms" I might as well chime in. :)

Yes, you could say any publicity is good publicity however, just remember what most of the general public associate Snoop with. My comment has nothing to do with career choice, it has nothing to do with hate and has nothing to do with race. He could be orange and green and be a kindergarten teacher. Doesn't matter. The fact is when the majority of the world sees Snoop, they automatically think of either (OTHER STUFF), Gangster rap or Crips. Do we really want/need that type of publicity? Hey, we can't stop anyone from vaping but I think if we want to project a positive image for vaping, It is our responsibility, as a community, to promote our "hobby" in a positive light.

I want ecigs to be associated with less cancer. Personally, I don't care what people put in their ecigs. I'm just glad that people are switching. I don't care what you are smoking, vaping is better. And I'm down with any publicity. As I've said, other people feel differently, and that's cool, too. Vaporizers have been around for a long time for other uses, and I'm happy about that. Vaping is better than smoking, period. I understand the concern many people feel about being lumped in with other substances, but that's not an issue for me. What if Snoop is in a place where that substance is legal? And he wants to eliminate the burning plant? To me, it's a win.

Personally, I'd rather ecigs be associated with Snoop than with Jenny from Jersey Shore, but like I said, any publicity is good publicity to me. Hahaha!

Snoop is so last century .. does anyone associate him with anything anymore .. ?? And if he is associated with you know what, with more than 50% of the USA for decriminalization, what's the big deal .. ??

I was going to like this for the second half of your statement, but I can't stand by your statement of snoop being so last century haha. I still love him! But I'm half with you. :)

I have a sneaking suspicion that what Snoop is vaping is NOT E-juice. I was informed recently that they now market a PV that looks EXACTLY like an Ego (it probably is just re-branded) with a Vision Clearomizer that is used for "essential oils" in the "medical" community.

That's what I'm talking about.

I understand your point but remember, that's your personal opinion. I'm just trying to look at it from a more broader perspective and how the general public will perceive it. I'm with you. I can care less who the heck vapes. I'd just like vaping to stay in a "good light". With the FDA taxation coming, we're already being lumped into the "smokers" category and being punished for it.

Ha, I don't want anything associated with any of those jackholes from Jersey Shore. Unfortunately the "Jersey Shore" doesn't have a choice. They ruined the reputation of a perfectly good shore line with their idiocy. :)

The reality is that we cannot control people. These devices exist, and people will use them how they want. I think it's great that smokers of tobacco can quit cigarettes, and I want the same for people who smoke other things. That is just my opinion. I don't worry too much about what the general public thinks. I don't agree with the general American public on most things. I want vaping to be seen in a positive light as well, but I don't think pretending ecigs can't be used for other substances will help. Vaporizers vape lots of stuff. And they can help lots of people.

They've been doing that for awhile. They rebrand and mark up the price a ridiculous amount. I've seen them charging $149 for 2 eGo batteries. Worthless .......s.

I know two people who got suckered by those. Tried to tell em...

So the rebranded ego's for other " essential oils" are no different? I ask cuz Im with the majority..

From what I can tell, some of them are just rebranded egos with clearomizers. They sell them in dispensaries for medical use, with oils already filled. Some others look similar but allow you to put actual tobacco or other plant matter inside, so I would think those are different. But I'm no expert.

A quick google search revealed that snoop was not enjoying nicotine:-(
Sent from my SGH-i667 using Board Express

From what I understand, Snoop is not a cigarette smoker. So it makes sense that he would be using an ecig for non nicotine purposes. I'm still glad he's vaping rather than smoking!
