What mg did eveyone start out at?

I smoked smoked American Spirits and only 5-8 cigs a day. I bought 1 juice at 12mg and 6 juices at 0 & 6mg when I started. I still have most of the 12mg left and now I'm alternating between 6 and 0 and a couple I mix together. I've been analog free for just over a month and have no urges whatsoever. I intend to vape mostly 0mg but will keep some 6mg available in case things get sketchy.

I've been off tobacco for two months and no cravings! I smoked Pall Mall lights for years and about 7 cig per day. I am using 14 mg. on a prefilled cartridge. It seems absolutely fine. I am about to try another company (sinus issues) and their lowest is 18 mg. I am a little concerned that may be too high.

24mg I was down to 12mg after about 2 months. I got to a point after about a month and a half that I started enjoying les and less of the nic and more and more of the flavor.

18mg was a little high for all day vaping, 12mg a little low so I mixed and matched. Now three months later, I'm only ordering 12mg juices. I don't see me going down to 6mg anytime soon however, I'm fine where I am.

Started with 12mg because that's as high as it goes here in my country. Any higher than that is hard to find and I know nuts about mixing.

Tried 6mg and stopped after 1ml. Went back to 12 mg and probably will stay at 12mg for good.

I was a Marlboro Red 72's smoker (one pack a day) and I started at 18mg. My hubby smoke the same but he was at 2 packs a day and he needed 24mg. I have only been a non smoker for 18 days now and I already feel I could cut down to 12mg....maybe.

Started at 18 went up to 24 seems to depend on how strong my battery is. Definiately want to try and get it lower as I go on. Hopeing that by changing to a new system with more vapor I will be able to drop the level down
