I actually started at 6-8 but find myself getting 12-16 now. guess i just started too low

I started with 6mg as well... lady @ the vape shop suggested it b/c I wasn't a heavy smoker (the last few years, anyway) but it wasn't enough, so I've jumped up to 12. Anything between 6-15mg works fine, but I do give myself a headache from chain vaping (just recently found some liquids I really like).
Steady at 24mg here. No plans to drop, except for using in my IGO-W. I'm going to let my body do the talking, when I feel the need to drop, I will. If it doesn't happen, no worries. I have seen my intake drop slightly the last week or two, I'm not chain vaping like I was, and I'm satisfied a lot sooner than before.
Started at 12mg (was a 1/2 PAD smoker) then after about 2 months, I switched to 6mg. I'm generally using Kayfuns and drippers these days, so 6 is hitting me just the right way. Not sure if I'll go down to 0 . . . maybe someday. 
I started vaping with 24mg and went down to 18. I also got some 12's as free samples from MBV, but I use them occasionally, and only as a nighttime vape.
My sister gave me some 20mg juice, but I use it sparingly and only when I have severe nic fits. In all, I'm happy with 18 and don't know if I'll take it down to 12. Maybe some time in the future.

I started at 24 and dropped quickly through 18 and down to 12. Stayed at 12 for a long time then dropped to 8-10. I'm actually vaping some 5 mg/ml right now because I'm testing some DIY variations that I'm making for someone who vapes at that level. I think it's a little low for me, but I've got one more 3ml sample to go before I decide which recipe is the best, then I'm switching back to 10 for a while. Lol.
I've been vaping 24mg, but it started buring my throat too much a couple weeks ago, so my next batch I'm going to try 18mg
6 here but I was never really a heavy smoker. I like the taste of good e juice when I vape. So I find myself vaping more than I ever smoked.

I vaped 24mg until recently. Now, I'm buying and mixing equal parts of 16mg and 8mg or 24mg and 0 mg to get 12mg. I'm actually liking the lower throat hit. For a while I was vaping like a fiend to satisfy the nic urge. After a month at 12mg I'm back to normal. I even walk away from it more often than I did at 24mg.
My next stop will be 8mg. I don't know if I will go to zero any time soon, but it's a possibility. Madvapes charges less for Dekang in lower nic levels. It's something like $8 for 0/50ml for zero and $13 for 24mg/50ml.

I had been smoking analogs for almost five years so I decided to go with between 16-24mg, but I'm now slightly worried that my constant vaping is actually causing me to ingest potentially significantly more nicotine than I actually was before..
Does anyone have any solid information on this? For example, I'd swear I've heard some people say a single cigarette has 1mg of nicotine and some that say they have 10mg. If I vape 2ml in a given day (which is fairly common) I'm either getting 32-48 cigarettes worth of nicotine or 1.6-2.4... Reeally hoping it's the latter, as the highest possible daily dosage for available nicotine-delivery smoking cessation products is about 21mg/day, which would suggest some sort of physical repercussions at a higher dose (especialy double?!).
Would appreciate some guidance with this if someone knows!
