Started from the top now we're here? I've literally gone from the beginning vaping 24mg and 36 with an ego twist and a vivi nova. Ive even used vuse and njoy which are like 54mg and 45mg. Since then I stepped down to 18 and was even somehow dripping it in my magma at one point. Then I stepped down to 12 and was dripping that and running it in my subtank mini. I know vape 6 to 9. More so 6 in a crown and a dripper. I might step down to 3 and zero right before I go to bed. It's crazy how higher nic juices just kill my throat now. I went from high pg juices to high vg juices. I don't go any lower than 50 50 but I prefer 60vg and up. Sorry for the rant. What are yall's experiences?

I started 2 years ago vaping the same Njoys and such, but my first refillable was an Ego MegaT and I was at 24mg. That lasted a couple of weeks when I ended up getting an SVD and MVP2 and Kanger PTs and Iclears, at which point I stepped down to 18mg. Not long after that, I bought my first mod, a Nemesis and a Svoemesto Kayfun lite plus, but kept it at 18. In March, 2014 I bought my first Reo and an RM2 and 18 was just too tough. I dropped to 12mg. Since then, I've dropped to 3-6, depending on what I'm using. I still enjoy the TH, and can't go high VG, so all of my juices, including my own are 50/50.

I'd like to reduce my nic just so my DIY stash lasts longer. I've been researching nic and learned this so far. One cigarette yeilds 1 mg of nic in the smoke so a pack a day smoker is inhaling 20 mg of nic. A brother of mine, vaping for a year, vapes 2 ml of liquid per day that has 12 mg nic per ml (2 ml X 12 mg = 24 mg of nic). So he is vaping about the same amount of nic as when he was smoking. I found a reference to a study claiming vapers absorb 96% of the nic they inhale. If that's anywhere near true the nic from vaping is comparable to smoking.

Right off, I think people misunderstand nic/mg and volume of Nic.
24 or even 36 mg off a Cg-a-like that last a day for a beginner is no different than an Ego/Clearo user using 12mg @ 2-3ml/day and even less than a Regulated/Tank user puffing 3mg at 15ml/day

Cig-a-like - 1ml/36mg = 36mg
Ego/Clearo - 3ml/12mg = 36mg
Reg/Tank - 15ml/3mg = 45mg

Before I got a Kennedy 24 atty, I was at 6 for RDA's & SubOhm tanks. After the Kennedy 24 I switched down to 3 because I'd take like two or three big lung hits at 6 and get a solid nic buzz. So now with RDA's I use 3mg across the board & in my 528 Customs Monster v3 & Atlantis 2 I vape at 6.

12 and 6 mg's is where I'm at. Depends on the day and how I feel. Some days I like chucking clouds and I will use 6 mg. Some days I like small puffs and use 12 mg's.

Same progression here.I started at 24mg,stayed there about 6 months,then dropped to 18mg,and stayed there for over a year,using it in everything,tanks,rda's,didn't matter always used my 18mg,now a few weeks ago i dropped to 12mg,and i like it there,so i doubt i will drop anymore now.

I started with 18 in an ego setup. I moved to 12 a few months later. Then I got a Reo and a Kayfun and dropped to 6. I've been at 6 for 1.5 years.

Started at 1-2PAD of Reds, then Last July got a Protank mini and PT3 mini and EGO batts Vaped that at 18-20mg/ml Now using a Reo and Chalice 3 using 10-12mg/ml juice. FWIW started at 2-2.4ohms now vaping at 1-1.3ohms.

I was a fairly heavy smoker and started at 12mg which was too strong right off the bat.

Switched to 6mg and do 3mg when subohming and doing lung hits. This is perfect for me.

If I don't touch a subohm tank, I only vape 3-4ml at 6mg as compared to 10-15mg @ 3mg.

Going to go 3mg across the board soon.

18 to 24 mg Nic at about 3 ml a day, total daily Nic 54 to 72 mg mouth to lung style. Juice Nic concentration doesn't tell the whole story, subohmers use lower Nic juice but more juice than tootle puffers, so multiply your juice Nic level times your daily juice amount to get your total daily Nic consumption.

Started at 6mg. a month went down to 3mg. A month later went down to 0mg. Having been vaping nic free for the last 10 months.

When I started vaping 5-6 years ago the first couple of bottles were 24 then I stayed with 18 for quite a while. This last time I started vaping I started with 12 and now use 6, 3 and 0. No matter what level of nic I use I chain vape just like I chain smoked for over 40 years.
