In May when I stopped the icky sticks.. I started at 24mg... here I am months later at 3 mg and get more than enough nic fix .... I am more about flavor now.. especially since my taster is recovering and I can now taste flavors I never noticed before... which also explains the few "alot" of extra pounds I have put on. My goal is to be at 0 mg by this spring. Woots.

6mg on my Evods and nautilus Mini and 1.5mg in my subtank nano.5ohm.

Anything more makes me too buzzed out...! Also more than 3mg at sub ohm gives me a really peppery taste and sore throat.

Started vaping ~ two years ago,started at 24mg and have now worked it down to 6mg.I'm still vaping the same amount of juice which is ~ 3ml or 4ml per day,perhaps a tad more if something is winding me up.

What device are you using. I can vape like 3ml in an hour lol. Or a couple if I'm real conservative.

Started at 18mg, up to 24mg, and since then I'm down to 3mg and can easily vape 0mg. Although I'm still as addicted as I was with cigarettes, it's not the nicotine. It's the act of smoking/vaping that I am so heavily addicted to. Still can barely stand an hour without getting shaky legs and restless.

I also started with more than 50 percent PG, now I'm all for higher vg (70%) and have no longer need for that throat hit.

i started at 8-12mg last year in May and today i'm at 1.5-2mg, strictly subohm throughout.

a few months ago i made the switch from 6mg to 3mg (which i was very skeptical to try) and could hardly notice a difference so i've been steadily decreasing since. 0mg is not an option for daily use though haha.

All on top of an IPV Mini powered to a whopping 5.4 to 5.6 watts @2.5 ohms 32 gauge kanthal 6 wrap 2mm coil.
Right now experimenting with some 30 gauge kanthal 11 wrap 2mm coil @ 2.6 ohm.I've had to turn up the wattage to 6 watts....still playing with that.

I don't wanna laugh lol. But how does that even power a subtank mini. So you build a 2 ohm coil on the rba?

Yup... a 2.5 ohm coil ...rba on both the subtank mini and lemo I reduced the circumference of the air tubes directly below their coils with silicone tubing.Now they work pretty much like my kayfun lite clone.It's perfect for me,nice l o n g c o o l vapes,battery lasts a long long time to boot.

Sounds good to me. It's interesting my friend finally taught me how to lung hit. He said it will only make me cough a few days til I get used to it. I'm trying it out. Before I had a hybrid method of kinda open mtl hit. I like my clouds. Those lower power setups are too cool and whispy for me. They aren't bad in a high nic setup. But I'm finding I don't care about throat bit anymore.

Started at 18, a little higher than Reds. Mixed my own and dropped 1 ml once in a while. Down to 2 and I think it's plenty. I vape maybe 3 ml per day so 6mg nicotine. That's probably equal to ultra light analogs. Might drop to 1.5. I can still get my heart racing on this stuff if I hit it fast enough.

I just went back to vaping from smoking like a week or so ago and grabbed some 4 mg liquid from Walgreens and I actually find it suits me just fine. I also have some 15mg but I think I'll swap to a much lower nic content when that runs out. I wasn't back to smoking a pack a day like i used to this time, I'd buy a pack every couple of days, so I don't think I need as high of a nic content.
