Like the title says, what nic level do you use?

How long have you quit analogs for this use?

Why are you at this nic level?

I'm at 3mg. I've paired down from 12mg and at some point hope to go to 0. Nothing against the nic, but I have enough things raising my blood pressure. Eliminating at least one would be wonderful. Lol.

I've found that right after you quit you have a lot of cheerleaders, but after a couple months everyone is 'meh, so what'. So WTG!

dilute 10to1 with vg and water, and that's my main vape on rda's at 10-15w.

after supper in the evening I usually take out my tank with 24mg and vape that with a drink for half hour.

12 up to 18 then back down to 12 also use 3 in the dripper I doubt I will drop the nic completely a little nic might keep my brain cells working on into my dotage

Do you find that helps with the drink/nic craving? I've been having issues with it. I end up chain vaping.
