Don't multi-task when filling it, and absentmindedly shoving it back into the atty and taking a big drag before realizing you didn't put the cap back on the tank.
Hahaha I have absolutely done that! Couldnt figure out what was wrong till I spied the cap lying on the counter. I felt quite silly, looked left, looked right....phew, no one saw !!!
lol aint it better if the next gen e cig we will be getting just pop off the end of it and just fill it directly with the e liquid? its like no more worries about anything else just let the atty work its magic
Except for the first few times and then once as an "emergency", I always use a syringe. Someone mentioned that the constant on and off of the cap may loosen it or otherwise wear it out faster. I have been using the same tanks now for months and haven't had any problems with them. Any other problems I have had disappeared when I started doing Simplecj's wick mod. I am rotating 3 different attys and they all have about 3 months on them.
