does this mean that one of these at 3.7Volts
will put out -- 1.5 to 2 times = 4.85 - 7.4 Volts ????????

To explain this from my own position of relative ignorance (any help appreciated)
This is about how much current(amps) your atomizer is demanding and how much your battery is happy to deliver. Your big regular(1C) 18650s don't care in our applications, but at some point as the battery gets smaller and/or the amperage gets bigger(LR attys) the batteries are stressed. More stress shorter life. This is why we don't use LR attys with small batteries.
The high drain batteries(1.5-2C) are designed to deliver more amps happily for their size.
The LiMn batteries(8-10C) are designed to deliver alot more amps happily for their size.

I just ordered a 5-pack of blank SoftCap 510 Cartomizers to see if they are easy to fill. They are! The top pops right off! Soft rubbery material. It has the little silicon ring underneath, like 808 cartos. A+ rating.

Riva rocks. I like to change mine up and love how the black Riva looks with a platinum cover and black delrin drip tip...this is sharp. Oh how I would love a Riva XL.
