What side effects, if at all, have you experience from vaping?

I was able to breathe better, not smell like smoke, not having burning gums, and not spit black from dipping haha.

I haven't really had negative side effects, all positive.
Only thing that could be considered negative, some e-juice has been so sweet that I have gotten sick from it before.

Putting positive effects aside(which are all good, stamina, smells, taste, etc) Due to the fact that I just straight to 3mg and 0 nic in a short time frame(4 days).

1st I got 7 very painful mouth ulcers ranging from 3mm up to the biggest one at 6mm. Doesn't stop me from vaping thou.

2nd on the second week onwards I get muscle pain on my thigh. Out of worry went for a check up and the doctor says its normal when you cut off that much nic in a short time. Something about without nic your body feels fatigue. But I don't get any withdrawal symptoms.

3rd Spending money ina very good way; I.e. stocking up my ejuice and rdas and coils and 1 or 2 more mods.

Overall that's all i'be got. No big deals.

Gum sensitivity like you mentioned and the need to drink more water. But I think that there is correlation between pg/vg ratio, how hot or cold I vape. I recently was on the road and bought juice from grocery store. Turned out to be a nasty, nasty experience. Mouth and lungs hurt. Really made me feel sick. I hope this helps. I've been considering producing my juice to control what I put in my body. I love vaping but I'm not willing to die for it.

I have a strong urge to buy as many devices and styles as possible... Shinytitus!
My eye glasses have to be cleaned a lot more often.
Windshield the same.
Devoted shelf, drawers and closet space for hardware and juices.
As far as health goes, I drink a little more water for dehydration and occationly take in a little too much nicotine making me tired. For me, the benefits definitely out way the con's.

I can't do high VG. It gives me a heavy chest and makes me cough up heavy phlegm. As long as I stick with 50/50 or preferably 70PG/30VG there is no problem. On the flip side, since I have been vaping I have developed psoriasis on my scalp which results in scabby pimple like ruptures all over my scalp. I went to a dermatologist and he told me it was from the PG. Rather than going to high VG I use a medicated shampoo which helps some but hasn't cured the problem. Don't flame me here. I'm not trying to say vaping can cause health problems and I'm definitely much healthier than when I was smoking nearly three years ago, but yes, in my opinion some of the ingredients in eliquid can cause "side effects" mainly due to sensitivities to PG and VG. I'm curious to hear from others if they have experienced the scalp psoriasis and if they have had the same diagnosis.

I had dry mouth and extreme thirst, especially when vaping high PG juices (I still do use high PG in winter; it doesn't get too thick to use when colder). I have to drink at least 3 quarts of water a day or else my heart will pound, my breathing will get heavy, and I'll get out of breath.
When I'm vaping high VG (65% VG), I still have to drink more water than a non-vaper, but I also have to clear my throat constantly, even though I no longer lung inhale, but instead exhale through my mouth and nose. I guess the VG is coming out of my trachea.

I quit drinking, smoking and dipping all around the same time.

The worst for me is the little drips of vapor that will form on my mustache from time to time (it's a flavor savor):)
I drink about the same amount of water that I've always have, but I work in a hot factory so it's stay hydrated or pass out.
Sometimes my chest hurts, but I can't pin that only on vaping probably my lungs recovering from years of abuse.

Other then that...I have shineytitis and juice addiction.
Seriously I have mods I haven't even used yet and another on the way.
Every time I go check out a new B&M I'm buying 2 or three bottles of their premium lines.

Interesting because I've had some recent psoriosis as well after its been dormant for years. I hadn't made a connection.

The only negative I can report is worse seasonal allergies. I don't know though if its due to quitting smoking or vaping.
Could be the PG thickening up the mucus.
