We hear it said... er.. read it typed all the time- we're all human beings behind these screens. Being smokers, ex-smokers, recovering smokers, we are all the more vulnerable because we're struggling. People don't always get along here, and feelings get ruffled, but when you tell your story and you're looking for support, you're pretty likely to see a sincere and freely given "I'm with you all the way, bro" from someone who vehemently disagreed with you about the appropriate atty for a variable voltage mod just five minutes before. That's support.

That's what kind of site we have.

Thanks, ECF mods, and thanks ECF members for not kicking people when they're vulnerable. It's refreshing.

Ohai! Couldn't agree with you more. :) Best forum for support I've come across in all the internet.

People here can have different opinions and even a debate without it turning into a flaming or demeaning war. Vaping is a lot more individual than smoking could ever be, so of course we're gonna have 1,000 different answers for even "who has good juice", but I think in the end we all realize that we're on the same team in general.

I can come and say I'm having a bad vaping day, and not be afraid that I'll get anything but support. :)

I agree 100%. Young, old, fat, skinny, tall, short - none of that matters here. We are all joined together here with one thing in common - kicking the habit. We all have different ways of doing that, we all have our favorite equipment, flavors, vendors, etc. We understand each other - can relate to each other...yes - the support here is amazing. The people I have met here are amazing. May we all continue to support each other here so that we all can be success stories! :)

One of the rarities here is the fact people can truly disagree but not get their panties in a bunch over it. There's a lot of respect on here to agree to disagree and understand we all may vape... just a bit differently. That kind of maturity for lack of a better way to put it is what keeps ECF the absolute gem that it is. You can share whatever you like to as long as you do so in a respectful manner. Most people abide by that and I think thats why people always keep coming back.

I've not been lurking here for too long, and I couldn't agree more. (I've made a similar point myself, a few times). There are forums dedicated to other 'specialisms', where a difference of opinion is treated by many in the same way that the Spanish Inquisition regarded heresy (not too reasonably, from what I'm told...)

You can FEEL the love in here. (I'm welling up now...)
