So, I'm vaping on a Vamo with a Mini Protank 2, I took a drag and vapor suddenly "exploded" into my mouth. I heard a loud "POP" and the blast was so strong that it felt like my cheeks must have poofed way out.

For the life of me, I can't figure out how those small coils could generate so much force. I was sure the coils must be toast, but it's still vaping (normally). The Vamo didn't shut down, so it doesn't seem like some sort of voltage flare.

Whatever it was, it is a bit concerning. I'm having trouble even guessing what caused it

I get that from my kayfuns, 1) if they sit for a while without being used -- like overnight, or 2) if I add any water to my ejuice. It's not pleasant, and I'm not sure which is worse, getting your lip or tongue scalded from hot ejuice. Tongue might be worse, because it tastes pretty bad too.

When my kayfun is first being used in the morning, I try to remember to press the button slightly before it's aimed at my mouth -- but sometimes I still forget. Eventually it will be "body memory" to avoid that startling and unpleasant scald.
