Hello, I hope I put this in the right place. I ordered 4 boxes of 510 carts. I have maybe 10 kicking around and half have melted edges. I get my package today and it feels heavy for what i ordered. I open it to find 2 boxes of cartomizers, 10 in each. a total of 20 cartos for $11.80. I feel like I won. My problem is... i want blank carts. I don't know if i should notify the supplier. I don't want to ship anything back and can't afford to spend anymore money. Something similar happened a while ago when i ordered blank carts. I ordered 2 boxes of blank carts. i received however 1 box of blank carts and 1 was missing. So i ended up with 4 carts instead of 10. i notified the supplier and they sent me 2 boxes of cartomizers, giving me 10. i kept my mouth shut figuring they knew what they were doing.

i don't know what to do. probably the last time i order from this vendor. I used them 3 times and only once was my order right.

As far as the orders being wrong that is up to you to decide whether to continue to deal with it or move on to a new vendor.

As for the rest of it...

In my opinion if we expect the vendors in the community to be honest with us and take care of us when there is a mixup that isn't in our favor then I would say it is only fair to make them aware when they make a mistake that is in our favor.

It would be my guess, in most cases, that they would tell you to just keep them since it was their mistake. But I'm sure they would appreciate the honesty and in the future when they do make a mistake that you need rectified they will be more likely to take you at your word if they know you're the type of person who lets them know even when the mistake is to your benefit.

Just my :2c:

Thank you for your response. I do believe honesty is the best policy. I was thinking of shooting an email while I was waiting for a response. I'm gonna email them now.
