This is a very informative video for getting started. Mixing by volume, mixing by weight, equipment, online e-juice calculators, etc. The FAQ that was posted above looked good too, but the video will let you know both the pros and cons of the two types of DIY mixing so you can decide for yourself. There are specific reasons to mix by weight and reasons to mix by volume. That said, in the end just choose what looks more appealing to you. There is nothing wrong with preferring one way over the other.

I use a graduated cylinder like this one for large batches. I buy my syringes by the hundred on amazon or e-bay.

Graduated Cylinder Glass 100ml

I use a 100ml cylinder but they come in sizes up to 500ml.
I've been looking for this since i started mixing, can't find it anywhere in real life, no idea where to buy it :C

That would be good in case i'd mix a lot for sale or something, but its for personal use, i make a small juices (ready to go without steeping) for like 2-3 times a week and for steeping i do like 500ml once in a month ( 10x50ml different flavored juices ) and leave them for at least 3 weeks.
