I can't get the hang of using these things.
I tried to use a needle on a syringe to draw some nicotine out of a 250ml bottle yesterday. Needle fell off the syringe and wound up floating in the bottle. I was able to get it out because the nicotine was only 12mg and I didn't mind getting it on my fingers. What would happen if it sank to the bottom of a 100mg 500ml bottle of nic? Guess I'd just leave it there.
Are the needles really necessary? I'm more comfortable with just the plastic syringe. :glare:

14 guage blunt tip needles and Luer-Lok syringes should do the trick. You may have to use a smaller needle (16 guage)for doing carto's. You should be able to purchase the Luer-Lok syringes at any pharmacy for about 35 to 50 cents each. I think the needles are a must for precise measurements like when you are doing DIY.

I use an infant oral medicine syringe for nicotine. I see them in most any place that has a pharmacy.

Comes with a step tapered stopper that goes into the bottle. The syringe goes into a hole in the stopper.

Flip bottle upside down and draw to correct measurement. Flip it back and withdraw syringe. Put syringe tip in bottle and slowly dispense.

Barring a pipette and pipette pump, I don't know of anything else that is a clean and easy to use.

I agree with this = I use an infant oral medicine syringe for nicotine, it's a no brainer and as safe as it gets plus it doesn't let oxygen get at the Nic, I use this set up as well, never having to take that lid off of your Nic is a great thing Hoosier.!!!

Now give up the Special DIY recipe I have been after you for the last year :)
