Can anyone tell me what variable volt mod also tells you the ohms of the atomizer or cartomizer etc... that you have attached to it?
The Provari sounds great.
I bought the Provari and liked it so much, I bought a second one as a backup. It costs about fifty bucks less than the Darwin, and checks all your attys' and cartos' resistance, which is surprisingly important. Higher resistance needs higher voltage. The appropriate voltage setting makes ALL of my cartos and attys give a consistently satisfying vape.
I use a Buzz that only cost me $100.00. I bought a pocket volt meter that I check the resistance of my cartos with for $9.00.
These things do everything a ProVari does. Just sayin'...
$50 less after the batteries, charger, 2 year warranty and extension to make things equal?
I'm not touting one over the other, that's a personal choice but the Darwin comes ready to use with no extra cost.
Getting the Provari there will make the price basically the same between them and the Darwin reads everything the op is asking about.
.......By the way, I just changed battery in my Provari. It took one minute. If I had the Darwin, I'd have to plug it in, and if I wanted to keep using it as a passthrough in the mean time, I'd be tethered to the computer usb port. No, thanks!
