My Silver Bullet is now 2 years old, and is still like new. You would need a fairly big hammer to hurt one, but if you should hurt your SB altsmoke.com will fix it at a very reasonable price. So of the two you listed, the SB is by far the best bang for the buck.

There are three PV's that I suggest you take a look at. The way you like to vape is what would determine which you would like best.

    From left to right
    Silver bullet -- altsmoke.com
    ProVari -- provape.com
    Reo -- reosmods.com.

These three PV's should last a person a lifetime instead of needing to be replaced every 6-8 months. If something should go wrong with one of them, you send it in and have it fixed instead of tossing it into the trash. Three Lambos costs more than a Provari.

Sorry off topic but what tank is that on your provari? I've been wanting a tank with different colored caps

The button stays solid blue or when pressed flashes a few times the does jack ..... lol. Lets see out of 5 batteries we have one that works. It happens lees then 30 days in. 3 of them flash and do nothing and the one that really pisses me off just stays solid blue.
That charger(s) are fine and charging the one battery we have working. When I plug the malfunctioning ones in to the charger they have a solid blue button and the led on the charger is green.

Have you tried new cartos or anything else on the "bad" batteries? it does sound like the one is bad but 5? can you post a picture of one of the batteries? I suppose it could be the batteries but even the junk batteries have better odds than that I think. (I could be wrong)

Are the eGo style batteries? You might try to very gently pull the center pin up just a little bit. Sometime the delivery device will push the center pin down.

They are ego and the pin trick is not working. Additionally the carts work with the one working battery we have to it's not a cart issue. These bats just suck and the supplier is pretty dishonest IMHO. Been trying to fix these for a week no luck.

Sounds like you are done with them. If you wanted to you could try to pull the top part off by wiggling it back and forth and pulling gently to look and see if anything weird is going on. Just know there are wires soldered in there and from what I understand are almost impossible to resolder. But hey it there are already f'ed up might as well look and see what is going on.

Hey, I'm just starting out and because of budget concerns I will be getting a Vamo. So far I've heard great reviews about them and in my opinion one of the better VVs out there which aren't too expensive.

Good choice! Remember, it's just a battery. ;)

    Good luck and happy vaping.

When you purchase your Vamo, I recommend you go with the XTAR WP2 II Multi-charger as a minimum... about $20. Stay away from the cheap Trustfire... just saying.

Sadly the place I'm ordering from doesn't state which brand the charger is. For all I know it might be a generic charger... I'll keep this in mind though. Thanks for the suggestion!

Just curious though, what's the difference between the two?

As far as what batteries they can charge... basically nothing. As far as reliability... a lot. Again, my opinion based on experience. Actually, it's based on a lot of people's experiences!

It is odd the reviews on all the products are terribly mixed and seems like every product has it's issues.
    Currently I am torn between a LavaTube V2 or a Vemo V2.
Lavatube has the one year warranty but is out of stock. :(
The Vemo where the prices are good are out of stock and the sites can't seem to tell you what batteries they sell work with it and or what Tank Cartomizers work with it. WTH? Does anyone speak english? lol
Warranties seem to be .... all around unless you step up to the Lavatube V2 or a Provari V2.
I guess it is hard to stand by a buggy product.
Having to pay 24.99 more for a one year kinda pisses me off with the Provari.

    Hi Jason,
Seems like the VAMO has the votes! I got mine from Discount Vapors and find The VAMO and the site very reliable. Truth be known, I personally prefer using my Groove with cartos. It seems I'm a box mod guy at heart but, I still use the VAMO during recharging of the Groove. Surprisingly, now that RBAs are becoming a daily fact in my vaping, the VAMO seems to be the mod of choice. Mostly for the way it looks with the rebuildables. All stainless steel.......very nice.
