What volt on what ohm

I just can't figure out the best tank to use with my juice I use and what volt or watts to run it at and what ohm to use.

1.5- 2.0 ohms best for 3.3- 3.7 set voltage PV/ eGo. On my Vamo V2 and V3 I use 2.8- 3.0 ohms as it gives the widest range and allows for the full potential of a mod like the Vamo.

So for 2.0 ~ 2.2ohm is about 3.7 to 4.2 volts right.
