What wattage should I use?

I just got my new chrome VAMO, new Trustfire charger, 1 Efest IMR 18650, and 2 Efest IMR 18350 batteries the mail. The 18650 is charging now. My question is what wattage is safe to use with my vivi nova's, one of them has a 1.8 ohm atty on it and one of them has a 2.4 ohm atty on it. What is a safe wattage to use on each atty separately? I don't want to burn up a coil if it can be avoided.

Whichever wattage you prefer. You're not going to hurt anything under vw mode as it adjusts voltage based on resistance.

I use my mini nova around 8 watts but your sweet spot can differ. The most you will get out of single battery mode is 11 watts ... anything more and you'll need to use stacked batteries. I highly doubt.you will ever need more than 11 watts though.

Start at 6 and work your way up until you get a dry hit ... then lower your watts until its just the way.you like.

I got mine pined at 8-9watts.. Not sure if the wattage matter in terms of atty ohms.. Just find a number that puts out the flavor you like.. Set it and forget it.. Enjoy your VAMO.. Got mine last week and love it!

Hi Shanty,
The Vamo is best with more standard resistances - the 2.4 and 2.8 ohm heads. Set the watts low - at about 4, and just click up to where it tastes good.

I am using 5.5 watts on my vivi but I like the way the juice I am vaping tastes at that level so like others said start at a level and adjust to your taste.

I put the two 2.8ohm heads that came with my vivi nova's in them and am vaping at 8.5 watts. Loving my Vamo!

Only had my vamo for two days now, but 6-8w seems to be a good area for my 2.4ohm vivi (although the vamo reads the resistance for it at 2.6).

7.5 is where I keep it most for my 70/30 PG/VG juice I currently have in it.

I've got a few 1.8ohm coils as well, I'll prob give them a shot in a few days. I'm assuming it will require less watts. I need to get some of the 3.2ohm coils for it and try crankin it up real high.
