What would happen in this scenario?



Will the nichrome wire never really get hot enough due to all the liquid around it? what if we up the voltage to 12v using 4 cr123a batteries? how about 4 18650 and get it to 15v.

Will the vaporized liquid get to the top to the mouthpiece? what will happen?

I guess what I am asking is, why would the above scenario NOT work? it looks and sounds too simple.

You could do it if you add some airflow in the plan. However, you need to heat all the juice to get it to vaporize so 12v might not be quick enough and since you are heating that much, it'd be better to have it a social thing, say as an e-hookah.

It wouldn't work because:
* the wire would just heat up all the liquid
* there's no airflow to draw up any vapor
* vapor is produced by the heating coil being barely wet with juice - it has to be sprayed on or wicked from a carrier

an easier alternative would be, take a bottle of juice, warm it slightly in the microwave and squirt it in your mouth. lol
