Ill try to answer the questions, it is using the 14500@3.7v or 2 x CR2 for 6v option. The CR2 is a very popular battery, and those who use them are fully aware of the risks involved. As far as the "something speacial" I will give you a clue. Ever wish for a true 6v vape but do not have to fuss with battery changes every few hours, expecially when you are traveling?

Sweet, those are the exact battery sizes I was hoping for.

As for the other part, built in passthrough perhaps? Fuel cell? Solar powered? Built in hand crank?

somewhere out there......
fusion powered capacitors..... J/K how about one of those shakable flashlights that give you light for about 30 mins and then need to shake it again if need more..... those are great for camping. I wonder if one of those will give off enough voltage to power an ecig for a good 20 or so puffs and then shake 5 times for another 20 puffs...hey that would be cool no need for batteries.... hmmmmmm crazy thoughts

It will be a few weeks, don't really want a preorder on this one, maybe a short one but you never know. Parts are MTO(switch). Price TBD, hoping for a little less than the SB. Production costs are almost identical. :)

I know I'll probably catch hell for this- but may I suggest some sort of LED when the bats are ready for re-charger, or when the button is pressed- I was thinking something along the lines of the automatic style LED like on the Janty Kissbox auto switch- do you know what I'm talking about? if not, its like a pin size hole on the casing of the e-cig and a red led within the e-cig- so the light shines up through the pin sized hole. I know I should know when it needs re-charged or when the button is pressed- but I like the idea, I can't help it-lol. Hell, I myself would even be for a LED that flashes multiple colors. me likey leds

Ok I think I see a rubber covered switch (NICE), and by the hints given above it sounds like you'll have a built-in USB passthrough a'la JantyStick.

To be honest, one of the biggest draws to the SB was that it WASN'T black like every other PV, but this looks like a matte finish (like Ionic Plating perhaps??) and looks rather sexy.

That would require a cicuit board in the SB.... I could get one to fit but then it would certainly not last long(the board that is). As far as LED's maybe just maybe in the future will have another mod that has an LED of sorts. I already have ideas for something in the future, in the comming months......

The one you see in the crappy cell phone pic is a rubber coating(plastiDip) for concept. The BB is a textured powdercoat, and i must say it is very durable. The switch is not rubber coated but it shows almost no grime. It does feel very very nice, I think my SB gets jealous
