I've been combing the threads here and notice the word being thrown around, so far what I think I understand is its some sort of rba? Right?

Like a Zenesis or an iHybrid.. As stated it's a mod that has the tank/atomizer built into it as one unit so you just add a battery, make a wick and wrap your coil. an all inclusive unit.

Yes, purely speaking any Hybrid, have it be animals or configurations or wicks/atomizers/PV's is a combination of one or several aspects of each to build something new.

A Liger is a hybrid of a Tiger and a Lion.
