Sounds like it's been a Taco week all around, it's what we had last night, along with this:

Max Dew : ecigexpress: Electronic Cigarettes | Electronic Cigarette Starter Kits | e-Juice | e-liquid

a great different salad and a good time of year in our parts for the strawberries. I used a strawberry vinagarette dressing as I could not find strawberry vinegar. Close enough, as it was wonderful and really appealed to my "new" taste buds.

This link is to Brookshire's Celebrate cooking circular and we get lot's of good ideas and new recipes/ideas from this.

I just started reading this thread and well....................my dinners are below par! This week I'm on a business trip so it's eating out for me and TV dinners and drive thru for the hubby and teenager. When I get home, the kitchen will be dismantled since we're in the process of remodeling. So, not sure when I will actually cook a real meal again. I know I'm hungry now from reading on all the posts! Off to eat a some pre made popcorn...........

Totally understand about the tooth thing.
Hubby has had all his front pulled and has two weeks to go until the partial is put in. Tiny bits and has to cut the corn off the cob.
Tonight I’m taking it easy on him and have put a roast in the crock pot. Meat will be tender, with soft potatoes. Green beans and the baby carrots will only be a small problem.

We had ribs, corn on the cob, potato salad and cantalope for afters!

Sounds yummy MK but the last time I ate cantalope I had bad bad hives for 5 days! The ribs sound great! The only time I do ribs is the country style pork ribs. But I have to find ones with the least amount of fat running through them and that isn't easy. If I buy 3 lbs worth I maybe get 1 of meat. Hubby HATES fat so I have to cut off as much as possible. I just put them in a baking dish in the oven, smothered w/ bbq sauce and yumyumyum!! :)

ETA: Forgot...doing a big salad for myself tonight and parking my .... in front of the TV from 7 to 11 for Lost!!

Tonight is ham sandwiches on raisin bread..I like lettuce and tomatos on mine. Mike likes cheese. We will have leftover potato salad/ baked beans and watermelon.
Notso..does watermelon give you hives too?

Not that I know of MK. I never used to get hives from cantalope before but usually only ate a slice or two. This time I ate the whole thing in 2 days. The Dr at the medi center said to stay away from the cant. at the time because they could be 'funny' that way. Maybe I OD'd on it or something! LOL
