What's going on with RTS?

I've been trying to contact them through email and phone for the week to no avail. I see that they changed their site layout and maybe they were busy, but I really dislike having to wait a week for some very simple questions to be resolved. Does anyone know what's going on?

Resolved. Although took a while. Seems that they had a problem with gift certificates so they're discontinuing them.

It's not a negative review, all the products I bought from them are stellar, but I guess they had communication issues the past week.
