I'm not sure what you mean by safest, but pretty much any vendor mentioned on these forums has good quality, safe for consumption juices. Safe for the tank as well. If you have plastic tanks then watch out for cinnamon and high citrus juices. Welcome, enjoy.

My first foray into juices I used mt baker vapor as its cheap and they give samples out like candy so it's good to find out what type of juices suit your palette

In my opinion, most are safe to vape. Any of the well known companies on here are pretty safe bets (Mt Baker Vapor, Ahlusion, Virgin Vapor, etc). If I remember right though, the Evods are plastic, correct? Just be sure to read the product description on any juice you buy to make sure they don't crack plastic tanks.

The only liquids that I have found unsafe was one from a new local store. It had stuff floating in it and the oils weren't mixing properly. It was also dyed blue, so I chucked it in the trash. I personally stay away from juices that are colored with any kinda of food coloring (tan, brown, or gold is okay, blue, red, green are colored)

Mt Baker Vapor is a good place to start. Lots of selection and good prices.

Your PG/VG blend will be a personal thing PG is used in hospital air systems, breathing treatments, inhalers ect...it tends to carry flavor better and increase throat hit. VG tends to make bigger clouds of vapor. Some people are sensitive to either PG or VG ,I can not vape juices high in VG personally as it leaves my lungs feeling heavy and I dont like the film in my mouth others find high PG bothers them. The average blend is 50/50,

Thank you!
I didn't realize that some could crack the plastic!
Oh, boy one more thing for me to figure out.
What is the a difference with the PG and VG ?
I also found this site online and found it pretty interesting

It is said that PG is a better flavor carrier and contributes to the throat hit of a juice - this may or may not be true - I have several 100% VG juices with plenty of flavor and throat hit (nicotine will also contribute to throat hit). PG is thinner and produces less vapor while VG is thicker and produces a lot of vapor. For your setup, you will want something with a decent amount of PG for wicking purposes. Some people have sensitivities or allergies to PG/VG. I have found that heavy VG juices have a better "mouth feel" and don't tend to dry me out as much as PG heavy juices. A lot of people enjoy a 50/50 mix.

The difference between pg and vg is that pg carries the flavor better and vg helps with vapor production. I think the more pg the more of a throat hit. That's what I've always heard, but in reality I see very little difference. I usually go 70vg 30pg or 5050, but some vendors are vg only and they're great too.

Looks like I was a bit late. Haha.

I haven't heard of all of those, but I have heard of EC Blend. Seems like a number of people like their stuff, I've yet to try it myself. :)

PG and VG are the two oils used to make the liquid. PG gives you more of a throat hit, like cigarettes, but it produces less vapor. VG produces mostly huge clouds of vapor, but it lacks throat hit. Together, these are mixed to balance throat hit and vapor production. Everyone has a different preference. Some people vape a high PG like 80PG/20VG or higher. 70PG/30VG is one of the most common mixes I see and generally a favorite, esp for new users. Some enjoy a 50/50 blend or 100% VG. Some people have a hard time tolerating PG and switch to 100% VG. For more info, you can check out FAQ on InfoZone
