Whats more accurate APV or ohm meter?

I wrapped my first micro coil and on meter it was 1.44 on vamo v3 it was 1.3? Is it likely something in between or is the meter pretty damn solid accurate? Also whats a good watts range for that coil with cotton, I have the graph but want ppl who have actually vaped this level ohm to tell me what they found is best. Thanks
