What's so great about Provaris?

Funny how most people can adapt to whatever interface their mod uses. I can change the settings of my one button Provari as you can on your three button box mod. You adapt. It becomes second nature.
I agree that people adapt, but if a design is intuitive enough then they don't really have to adapt. My only point is that it's easier, quicker, and more intuitive to change power output on a DNA 30 than a Provari, because it only requires one button press as opposed to ?? button presses on a Provari.

Just being sarcastic here, but funny how he was complaining a sec ago about it taking several seconds to change voltage.
Now I can change my voltage in about 2-3 seconds and have it auto lock, Vapo you however complained about that taking too long... doesn't waiting 5 seconds to have your device lock seem like an eternity?

Hey Jmarca- I'm STILL complaining about how it takes longer to adjust power on a Provari than on a 3-button DNA 30! HOW MANY BUTTON PRESSES DOES IT TAKE?!?!?!?!

Seriously though how many?

Edit: The only time I would ever lock my wattage is if... I was driving a manual car? So it's a non-issue for me [emoji16]

Did you check out how awesome the new menu system looks on th P3?

And it's still only one button.

Explain to me the steps involved in changing the voltage on a Provari. I believe it involves several button presses. With any of my DNA 30s I just hit the (+) or (-) button (one button press). This is why a three button interface is vastly superior.

You mean changing the voltage on your DNA is simpler and requires fewer button pushes. That hardly in my book makes it superior. In fact, I'd argue it's inferior. Why would I say that? My devices are in my pocket most of the time when not being used. That means I'd be pocket adjusting my device out of the spec I wanted it to be and I'd have to constantly check to make sure it was where I had set it before I sat down or vaped. Now, granted a Provari requires a few more button pushes, but one thing I can safely say is it would be almost impossible for me to pocket readjust my Provari. See.......superior is most assuredly subjective.

I think it's great you like your DNA. Had you just suggested to the OP why you like your DNA so much that would have been just fine. But you have turned yourself into a Troll in this thread, so I suspect even the OP would be highly suspicious of your motives.

If it's in your pocket, you should be locking the whole mod (power output), not just the adjustment. So I'm not sure this argument applies here.

It is a moot issue. From what I have seen of DNA devices, they wouldn't hold up to pocket 'abuse'... They need to be coddled...

5 clicks in one second flat to power up. 7 clicks in 1.5 seconds to power down. My god that took SO LONG!

I edited the above. Actually had my son time me.

Mine have been holding up great!!! Pocketing them and everything! Not to mention my P4Y seven-30 with a stainless steel body; it could probably beat up a Provari.
