Whats the best Freebie you have gotten from Mark,Steve and the guys at V4L?

Just got my most recent order, one more new XL manual, new prem grape and watermelon, another USB charger, and best of all, two free carts: Lager and Spearmint. I had been wanting to try the Lager, and it is surprisingly good; Spearmint great as expected also. Despite rave reviews of the Watermelon, I actually liked the Grape even beter! I can't believe I didn't wait for a sale, but V4L is just simply too awesome to put off. Thanks to all the V4L staff, for everything you do for us! :):):)

I will second that one MSToad,
I have gotten a cart or two that turned me on to a new flava, but knowing that if you have a problem or a question that it will be handled with speed and respect....that is the best freebie; especially after dealing with a less than reputable company like those thieves at....well I don't like to mention names but, if you SmokeAnywere 51 times you may figure it out ...OOPS did i give that away!

Thanks for being the best in the game Valerie, Steve and the rest of the gang at V4L!!

Let's see, I ordered 4 XL starter kits (about $250) and got the wrong carts and some really bad customer service on the whole deal. The only freebie was 1 small cola juice, but it was awful, so not such a good freebie. One set of carts I ordered was an 11 mg leaford sampler and the sent a 0 mg and Valerie told me they were out of the 11, so too bad for me. Although the photo in the products I ordered had the single logo batteries, they sent every one of them as the ugly full logo and then she told me too bad. I asked about the airflow issue (way too much airflow to get a good hit) and Valerie didn't bother to reply to that.

I guess my freebie was a very bad customer service experience. Thank you vapor4life!

I guess you can't please everyone, even though most everyone on here is pleased.
I love my V4L. I have had mine for 1 month now and have always had some carto or juice thrown in as a freebie. I have personally placed alot of orders that I do not like but I just trade them. My favorite freebie was a 16mg (yes, I said 16) not sure how that happened but it says it right on my RY4 carto. I fell in love and since have ordered more in the 11 mg. And a bunch of juice. Well, last order they sent me Cognac and now it is my everyday vape and I have to go order more!!!
Thank you V4L and everyone on here for all your input/advice/knowledge etc..... I come here everyday. It is a part of my new vaping experience. :)

The best freebie by far, has got to be the customer service.

I SECOND THAT!!! :)

So many SWEET bonuses ~ hard to narrow it down to one but I'd have to say it was my very first one ~ a 555 freebie cart with original order ~ I was SO new and SO green and had no clue about all the different and wonderful flavors available, so receiving that helped open my mind to try lots of new fun stuff!

Let's see, I've only placed one order so far. (Which I'm so HAPPY I did. NO MORE analogs for me!!! Yay!! Had last one Tues evening. Steve, I think I have perma SMILE!!) I got 5 free carts; Vanilla-very yummy
Root Beer-also very good
Cola-good
Orange Juice-okay, I'm not into citris flavor, but it's still okay
and Pomegranate, I didn't think I would like it, but it's not too bad

Do you Work for another E-cig company! :rolleyes: lol sorry I had to say it, I know I know im bad, but anyway I really think there CS is perfect and I always get something extra on my orders even the time I just spend like $17 dollars in a small order.
