What's Happened To The Freebie Samples?

I still get a cart or two from time-to-time And, I asked for a sample so I could give it to a friend who is curious about vaping and they sent some carts I think they try their best to assist new customers by providing samples so we don't have a huge expense shopping for our vape of choice As it is, the FDA is holding up some shipments and that's "harm," with a capital "H" rolling downhill onto all of us

Personally, I am happy with their high standards, excellent products and great response to customer needs I wish EVERY place I do business with was that way!

I was just curious, if anyone was still receiving the samples. I'm not putting them down about the samples, because I love the products and the discounts. But if they are not going to have what we need, like the WOW555 in stock, what good is the discounts to those of us, that can't order what we want or need. It's been 4 months, since I've been able to order my WOW555. How am I suppose to find another flavor that I like, if there aren't any samples. I can't afford to buy one box of cartos after another, to be able to find something else to vape. Do you understand where I'm coming from?

Generally speaking if you use a big discount there won't be samples. But we are putting the final touches on a rewards program.

I understand where you are coming from Flowerlady, but like i told you earlier, you have to have, IMHO, at least 5 flavors to be your mainstays. Crap maybe that's why I can't stay married JK!

I only received freebees on first order. My 4 or 5 orders since have had none. Besides the battery bags with 2 of the 4 batteries I ordered. All were discount orders with a code. First order was 10 percent off and the rest were 20-30 percent off or so.

I cant wait for a rewards program. That sounds like a great idea....V4L FTW!

I do have a couple of flavors, but what keeps me off of the analogs is the WOW555. I've tried all of the other tobacco flavors, and they were nasty. The only ones that I haven't tried, yet, is the Virginia Slims & WowBacco, in the Non-Menthol flavors. I don't vape Menthol, but I have had some samples of those in the Menthol, but not the regular. All I have gotten in the samples were fruity flavors, which most I didn't care for, except the RazzWOW, which is my 2nd favorite, but like I told you, I only vape it with my Baileys. LOL Grape is okay, but it just doesn't curb that desire of wanting an analog, like my WOW555 does.

Here is how I look at it.

In the beginning, I won't lie, the freebees had me HOOKED on this company. But if you think about the constant discounts, and the fact that they have been struggling to get stock in from China--it seems worth it to give up freebees. We can't have it all. But if you think about it we have it pretty darn good. Daily lottery, almost daily discounts or free shipping, painless customer service resolutions, ridiculously efficient shipping, some of the cleanest facilities I have "seen," etc etc. I think the last part is key and sure gives me peace of mind and what keeps me solely with this company. Looking forward to the rewards program Mark--I know ya'll can do it how it's meant to be done!

I must be the only one that prefers freebies over sales Sometimes I purposely buy when there's not a sale going on just to get some surprise goodies! My last order came with 3 or 4 random cartos. I like surprises!

Just want to pop in to throw some support to Flower's point about an inexpensive way to sample new flavors. It's a given that we're all huge V4L fans here, and I agree that getting free stuff should be a bonus, not an expectation.

But the issue of trying new flavs without breaking the bank, especially for noobs, has come up in other threads. And it's something that V4L has done in the past and could/may accommodate in the future. Small sample bottles (3 or 5ml) or cartos, even in just one nic level (maybe 18), would really help folks who are as initially lost in the dense forest as I once was.

I wonder how many of the 'no freebies this time' complaints, both stated and unstated, are actually more along the lines of 'no surprises this time' complaints.

I'm quite happy with the way things are now as I only buy with a nice sale..BUT, that's a cool idea
