Whats the crack with drippers? Are they for squonkers only?

if it wasn't so painful for me to rebuild it, and I knew someone I trusted with a dremmel, they would be my favourite squonker... I find I get great airflow from them and especially flavour.

okay that's one thing I don't like about my transformer rda.. no 510 adapter so I could use those tips.

They can be a bit of a pill to build and wick but the flavor is worth it. I never do more than a dual coil build on it.

I've only said it a million times, so I'll say it again. The A7/A7 mini is the flavor king of all RDAs.
It's strictly a tootle puffer tho'.

It's the only rda that has ever made me reduce the flavorings in all my juices.
I can see how the A7 is your preferred.. tiny chamber...but have you tried the derringer in single coil mode? It can be setup for tootle puffers... single coil, one hole.. or even a half hold open might change your mind. :)

The question tho' is why would I want to try it? (or anything else) I already found what works well for me.
Besides I have 14 A7s in the zombie box (figure that should last me until I'm 126) ;)

nah one to try is the Kr 454 Big Block... if you can build on that sweet sleeper for flavour.. you can build on anything! it's a really painful education on how to build and wick, tiny and cramped, but so worth it.

That right there folks is the correct answer. (read my signature)

It's a patience tester for sure. But if you love building and flavor it's the deal.

If that setup works for you that is all that really matters.

    Lol... Well, that's a lot of A7's... :)

Well, the only reason would be (besides flavor).... ease of building, airflow control Vs. fixed, height (I believe the derringer is shorter) and beauty.

Besides, what if you're bitten by the zombies....you might have to go another 126 years or until the FDA approves the cure. :)

Back to the original poster's question. I have tried literally every flavor atty made for MTL vaping. You got very lucky and landed on the best one ever made with the Squape Rs. No Kayfun version comes close, not even the new V5. Save your money and precious time. Just enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that no MTL RTA will be any better. You have the best one right now.

Speaking of the A7 RDA, one of, if not the absolute best MTL flavor atomizers for squonkers is the legendary Chalice by Mark Bugs. It is an expensive atomizer. I have a couple of these and the flavor is exquisite!

However, if you look closely at the Chalice, I have no doubt it was inspired by the old A7. It is very similar in it's design.

Yep, the old A7 is tough to beat for MTL flavor vapers.

Actually there are several that were inspired by the "old" A7, and I see no reason that they wouldn't work well.

I started using A7s when Joyetech decided to "improve" the ole' 510-T atomizer in 2012. (which was my favorite dripper before that)

    add:
I believe 'Slowtech still has the A7 shown on their web site, but not in stock. They have to order them if anyone wants one.
