I got my nic juice from HDV which is labeled as coming from Wizard Labs.

I've never made any unflavored juice @18mg, so I have no idea. I never thought to mix up a batch of unflavored juice.

I have both PG and VG nic juice @60mg which I combine 50/50 before mixing a juice. It just came to mind to ask if there's any difference in using both or using just one and/or the other? I watched a vid the other day where the mixer used PG nic juice and then added plain VG. I was wondering if that would make a difference.

if you start making soup with water that smells like brimstone, all the ingredient help in the world won't make your soup any good.

I taste my water/base/target-Nic when I'm starting a new bottle to see what it tastes like. Different nic's taste differently or have no taste at all. If I encounter Nic with a taste it usually gets reserved for my tobacco recipes. If it is tasteless then I use it for everything else. There is only one vendor's nicotine that I've encountered that is always tasteless.

And, yeah, I use 100%PG nicotine and add VG and PG and flavorings. Flavorings are usually counted as PG when calculating PG/VG ratio unless it is the more unusual VG based flavoring.

One thing that I've learned in my very short time getting into mixing is that there are some flavors that are really light (such as some apples) and others that are very strong (such as caramel). I'm right now working on a caramel apple recipe where, in this last batch, I'm using 20% Lorann apple and 5% caramel. We'll see how that turns out.

In any case, what exactly is going on with your mixes? Are they, over powering, weak, sour, bitter...ect? What are you experiencing with them?

I had the same trouble with LorAnn Apple. The dram of LorAnn Apple is empty now. I kept adding a couple more drops trying to get the apple flavor to show up in the vape.

If you are looking for great close to single flavors and no steeping.
The Post Below [Mine] has explicit directions and places to buy.

I don't know what my IQ is, but following that recipe seems complicated to me. Or, maybe I just have a case of ADD. I already have most of the stuff to do DIY. My Nic juice is 100mg. So, I'd have to figure out how to adjust that. Using the 10ml graduated cylinder is easier for me to get my head wrapped around the numbers.

I hope I'm reading this wrong. You mix 60mg PG and 60 mg VG and flavor? Any no-nic PG or VG?
