aaand the winner is....
$17.29 Atom Style Telescopic Mechanical Mod - 1*18350/18500/18650 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
59mm height!! telescopic (so i assume i can fit the kick), and steel instead of aluminum.

What you guys think?

Good choice. I just saw this thread, but was just discussing it here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/apv-discussion/530285-apv-atom-2.html

I have the fasttech. I liked it so much bought the original. The fasttech is super small (smaller than my nemesis) and super sturdy. Really good quality steel and threading. It's so simple that it is failure proof. Really good for stealth vaping.

I allready have it in the shopping cart. But I would like to be 100% sure it works with the kick. Can anyone confirm this?
100% compatible with kick...so long as you are not using 18650 (then again I don't know of a mechanical mod without a kick tube extension that can work with kick and 18650). 18350 definitely yes. You just have to telescope it out a lil bit. Actually think it looks good like that, and the reason I got it in the first place was to use a kick so it would be smaller in size than VAMO. I have not noticed any blocked air hole issues, but I've never had explosive battery failure either.

That silver ring above the engraved tube is the kick ring by the way. :) What you have would fit a kick and an 18350. The kick ring/tube is meant to be added on to your existing tube configuration, then you add the kick and drop one battery size. The Nemesis can fit an 18350 with no extension tubes... (I have one and have done it)
Oops, you're correct. I have pics of both configurations and uploaded the wrong photo. I'll correct my post. Thanks!
