FC, I run the same setup on my xhaler with no issues. I don't really want to turn the smokeless section into another vaping thread but here it goes for just a minute. I like an intense throat hit so I like an atty or cartomizer around 2.8-3 ohms with two cr123's and some 32mg menthol. Either that or a 1.5 ohm atty with an imr battery. I've been wanting a VV unit but with the expenses I've been experiencing, its been hard to justify spending the money. Ok, now back to your regularly scheduled programming. For some reason it feels wrong to talk about that stuff here. I gotta get a portion in to cleanse the thread.

Don't worry about it Hitt. we turn this thread to everything from the weather to an exercise thread and beyond. Most of the real smokeless discussion ends up in different threads.

Ended up running to mom's when her MyHalo monitor told me it needed charging, I called her to have her hook it up and she said the light and air weren't working. I tried to troubleshoot over the phone but gave up and made the run. The air conditioner was tripping the six into one outlet contraption she has om her wall with four other things plugged in, go figure.

The next alternative was an old power strip which I knew would trip the breaker. It did, but there was a three prong into two adapter on that I could use in the outlet behind her HEAVY secretary which I had to move and she was back in business. Old houses with outdated wiring sure are a pleasure.

At least everything settled down in time to see Joey Chestnut hammer down 61 hot dogs in ten minutes at the Nathan's Famous hot dog eating contest on Coney Island so the day wasn't a total waste.

I did forget to take my can so

just stoppin in to see how everyone is doing.

i feel for you guys and the electrical , our rental has a 220 breaker in the main panel that was for the hot tub , and i have considered hooking it up to a sub box in the garage , but i dont have the need for 220 , yet... the garage does need 110 tho so i can power my 15,800btu a/c unit (for all 278sq ft) ...

been thinking of grabbing one of the disposables that the local shell is carrying , they now have batteries for 9.99 and 3 cartos (i imagine) for 9.99 or the "kit " for 20. if i knew what model it was , i might jump on it , but i dont want something that wont even last...you know? i mean i still have a couple hundred ml of totally green liquid... mmm pina colada and burley tobacco ... ended up tasting like beech nut. mmmmmm....

been smoking a bit again , gotta get outta that.

Hitt she's got circuit breaker but the whole house is two wire under lath and plaster so nothing's easy. She's got a 220 line right next to her air conditioner in the LR, I suppose from a previous larger unit she and dad had there. Probably the only three wire in the house.

Went to poker tonight and lost about 80% of my chips in the first three hands. Big lead going to the river card, then got beat. I figured it wasn't going to be my night but took my time, got back into it and ended up winning. There were only nine players but only one donkey so I felt pretty good about my patience and my play.

    Roth,
Thanks for the links. i'll read them later tonight.
The biking thing is a bit of a struggle- I don't really want to be competitive and really just enjoy the ride but, you get to a certain point where you end up having alot of time to think and timing yourself is just sort of a natural outcome of that.

    On a slightly different topic,
I was offered 30 bikes today for 3 dollars a piece ?( if i took them all) and had to take the deal.I guess i'll fix the majority of them and sell em cheap but, there's a couple of really nice lugged japanese roadbikes and a bunch of old banana seat bikes in the bunch that should bring good money / be nice to ride.
i spent the majority of the day on the road picking them up and i guess the next few weeks, i'll be repairing them with coffee in hand. sounds like good times...

Good morning. I was wondering where you'd been hova. Just busy I guess. Don't worry about a few smokes.

Roth remind me to never play cards with you. You sound like a pretty good player and I'm definitely not.

Gutter that's quite the deal on the bikes. I'm telling you, " Gutters bike store/ coffee shop" is sounding pretty good. You do have quite a talent for making work sound like fun. I guess though that if you enjoy it then it's not really work.

Hey gang. I won't get into details just yet, but it's been a bit of a hectic couple of months since I signed off this winter. Nothing bad, just alot going on and some big changes... including a cross country move and a change in jobs... so my interwebs usage fell by the wayside. Hopefully I'll be able to keep up now that things are a little settled. I did check in on y'all from time to time, though. Glad to see so many still keeping up the good fight.

Good morning. It looks to be another perfectly boring day at work. I wish things would pick up here to make the week go by faster. At this rate it's going to seem like an 87 day short week. In case you folks haven't seen it, getsnus/northerner is sending out emails advertising that they are selling ariva/stonewalls now.

gutter : im so jealous.. i have been looking for a couple bananna seats to restore for family trips (want to make a small trailer etc) ... not to mention , i love bmx and singlespeed riding. my uncle is into roadbikes , and his whole bike weights about as much as one bmx wheel. nowhere near the 30lb frames i remember...

in other news , i put an order in on northerner. finally getting to try some bacteria berry , offroad cranberry , and goteborg's 2011 summer edition (i loved g.rape' )... saw that my shipping was almost gonna be free , so i was pokin around trying to find something that was worth the 5$ a can , and then i saw the "soon to expire" ... hmm...10 cans of misc los or 14$ ... deal.

3 cans of each and the 10'er makes it 19 cans for 54.11 i pay 3.66 for whatever the local tobacco chain carries in outdated general , and im ok with it. but general doesnt listen to customers. ive been bugging them on facebook to get some onyx or something SMOOTH over here forever , and all they tell me is , thats nice , sorry . please keep buying general...

That's great you got an order in hova. I contacted snuscentral a while back about some general mint I got that had several portions open on the ends in a couple different cans and they must have contacted Swedish Match because I ended up getting a check in the mail for $15 from them.

wow thats crazy. i have stopped buying the wintergreen because the sealing on every one i have ever had was undone at the one side. i have only had 1 or 2 mint pouches and 0 original/white portions open or come undone. makes me think the wintergreen ones are the rejects that just get sprayed with some mouthwash in the "extra wetting step" ... lol...

i almost got some from GS and SC , but the shipping was pretty bad. i cant justify paying 30$ to ship 30$ of product. i know how much it costs to ship things like guns/etc that are not a "normal item" ... its just silly. i am on some snus mailing list that does group buy sort of things, but they only come through with things like probe whiskey , odens , etc...that stuff is all low on my try list. ill probably get a bunch of it in the los surprise pack , but if i get a couple cans of roda or goteborgs , then i guess i cant complain about the phantom brown...

i havent told the wife , and i dont think i need to. i picked up a 5 pack roll the other day iin the local b&M and it ended up being 16$ iirc. so 3.20 a can , and i think i ended up around 2.85 per can on the northerner order. as long as they have free shipping on orders over 2lb , ill be happy... i wouldnt even mind havin to spend 100$ to get free ship. i would just buy 3 or 5 rolls and be good for a month or two...

sorry to ramble , i dont really talk to anyone who snuses' or snuffs , so its nice to be able to vent and not get looked at like some 'baccy snorting wierdo... from smokers...

Hova no reason to apologize. We all ramble on a little here and there. I'm probably one of the most guilty. TV was pretty good at it himself. That order did come out at a good price per can.

Roth I've always had good shipping times from SC. How the heck they get it here from sweden that fast I'll never understand.

    Hey guys!

Hot day today and I should be at the pool but since my hubby and kids are there, I'm taking advantage of a little time to myself!

I still have snus in my freezer that I froze well over a year ago and it still does the job, so I wouldn't worry about expiration dates at all.

I ran into an old boss today at the grocery store. He was a mean old ....... when I worked for him 13 years ago. I think I'm finally over my anger at him, I even gave him a big hug. I did well chitchatting and playing the nicey nicey game. Usually I suck at that! I had a full size portion under my lip the whole time. I wonder if he noticed? LOL

    coola
    probably should drink some water
