james, don't feel too discouraged. I don't like the General Mints either....actually, I thought I was the
only one. As to the others, I can't say I like any of the General snus except the Lab series. Other than the Mint, General has kind of a trademark taste that just doesn't sit well for me. One that may be more pleasing is Ettan Original or White portion. It's a nice, mild 'baccy flavor with a kinda buttery undertone. 2 others that are currently unavailable, but probably only for a short time, are SnusX dry portions and Skruf. SnusX is a dry, long storageable snus that tastes similar to Ettan without the buttery undertone and Skruf is a mild tobacco with a hint of rose oil. For a lot of folks, the search for a good snus seems a discouraging waste at first, but if you stick to it you'll find the one that hits the spot just right. For over 31 years I thoroughly enjoyed cigarettes, but at the onset I remember being a little green around the gills.....and the taste was definitely acquired. Keep at it friend, it may take some time, but you'll get there
