Good morning. Roth it sounds like you have some interesting troubleshooting to do. I can't imagine that the electrical would stump you. I might go take a look and see if I can find that thread you are talking about.

Gutter, that's cool you got another bike and have found a form of exercise that it sounds like you are enjoying. Heck you could open a bike shop beside the coffee shop to offset slow times.

Just back from Dr. appt. Watching coverage of Casey Anthony trial. Last appt he upped my fentanyl transdermal patch to 75mcg/hr Q48 and dropped my breakthrough percocets to 2 10/325 mg PO Q8

In other words change patch every 48 hrs and take a pill by mouth every 8 hours as needed for breakthrough pain.

I am seeing him in 2 weeks to discuss some other options. Why can't Florida allow medical ........?! I have read heaps of studies that it would help me, but I will not break a law.

Florida Drug Possession - Penalties

The following penalties apply to drug possession charges in FL:
Possession of ......... (20 grams or less)

Possession of 20 grams or less of ......... is a First Degree Misdemeanor.
A 1st degree misdemeanor has a maximum penalty of 1 year in jail and a $1000 fine.
Ref: Florida Criminal Statute - §893.13(6)(b)

Possession of ......... (more than 20 grams)
Possession of more than 20 grams of ......... is a Third Degree Felony.
A 3rd degree felony has a maximum penalty of 5 year in jail and a $5000 fine.
Ref: Florida Criminal Statute - §893.13(6)(a)

Looks like possession is illegal under Florida Law no matter where it was purchased. Keep in mind that while states who allow it won't prosecute medical prescription holders, the Feds still classify it as illegal and it is possible to be arrested and charged by Federal law enforcement in those states.

There is no such thing as a bad suggestion. Take all suggestions and consider them. Others' input is invaluable. They can see things with fresh eyes and unclouded judgement (usually)

Hitt, I don't know how you do it. SEriously, you are one tough guy. I ran on my treadmill tonight for the first time in a long time and I got a good reminder of why I hate hate hate it. When I run outside, a ten minute mile for me is easy, I could even carry on a conversation while running that pace. On the treadmill, OH MY, a ten minute mile pace feels like I'm hauling ...! I even had the incline set at zero. Geez. I did get my four miles in though. I'm down from 138lbs to 132!! Yeah me, but still ten lbs to go.

I always run with the incline set at one percent. I usually run at 6.2 or 6.3 but there for a while I had bumped it up to 6.5. It was making my knees and feet ache so I dialed it back. Congrats on the weight loss. I could stand to lose a few myself. At one point a year or two ago I got up to 198 and could tell that it was too heavy for me. With workouts and eating adjustments I got down to 179 and ended up leveling out at around 183-185. I could easily stand to lose ten pounds but I love food too much so I try to find a happy medium.

I just wanted to say HI to everyone and hope everything improves for you all. Why does there always have to be so many obstacles? I've been reading just not talking since I don't seem to be having much luck with adapting to snus. Which doesn't mean I never will. Maybe I am just not meant to quit smoking.

hittman said it would be okay to stop in once in awhile even if I am not using the snus so I hope that is okay with the rest of you.

Not long ago at my heaviest, I weighed 230 then I went down to 105 so 125 pounds lost, now I am between 110-115
