What's up with Chicago-Ecigs??

Hi there,

I placed an order for a couple 510 starter kits from chicago-ecigs.com last sunday and have been having a hell of a time getting in touch with anyone, as I have not received my order.

They billed my card and I haven't gotten my package. Their phone number goes to voicemail automatically at all times of the day. They are not responding to emails.


Does anyone here have any experience with them?

I am going to call my credit card company and try and put a stop payment on the charge.

Sorry, but I've never heard of them. I'd give it a FEW more days and, if you haven't had any contact from them or your package hasn't arrived, I'd consider calling your bank. However, if you DO charge it back to your card on the kit DOES arrive, you're going to have to return it and pay the shipping fees. Not to mention the bank's charges.

Next time, check on here for the approved list of suppliers. Everyone on there has had to prove their reliability and they're well known to our members.

A good vendor is cignot. Their prices are great and they ship out lightening fast!

I got ripped off by them right along with you. Ordered from them on April 25th, and have heard nothing since then. I have called them dozens of times and it just goes straight to voicemail, and emails go unanswered. What bugs me is I ordered from them in January and got my stuff the next day. Sounds like you order quite a bit off stuff tho They only ripped me off for about 30 bucks.

Same here. I started using them back in February. Always got my stuff in a timely manner. But, late last month, I returned a battery (stopped working after only 2 recharges) and a car lighter adapter (wrong kind) and ordered a bottle of e-liquid. They billed my card, but no items!
I tried emailing and all I get is an automated response. I was going to call them, but I can see from the previous posts that it will not work either.
Well, it looks like I will be looking for a new supplier.

Do not order from that company, they have fallen off the map. I met with a guy who owns Mr. Smoke in chicago and he was selling ecig-chicago product in his store. He has no affiliation with the actual website but was trying to make some extra money selling this guys product. He told me that he has not been able to get in touch with this guy at all.

Called and emailed about an order I made last week, radio silence. Of course, CC was charged...

No worries, CC is reversing.

AFAIK, they are gone. Too bad, they were great the first few orders.
