I placed an order on August 4th and it was shipped quite quickly, but it still hasn't arrived. I thought this was unusual as all my previous orders have arrived in 1.5-3 weeks maximum. I noticed something strange on the China Post tracking site now, with the package apparently going to Xiamen then Guangzhou? (see below) Any idea on what's going on?

Thanks :)

thank you for your asking.

we are located in Xiamen. first, we send orders to post office in Xiamen. that is why you saw Xiamen as location first.

then your order is sent to Guangzhou by post office in Xiamen. so you saw Guangzhou after Xiamen.

your order will leave china from Guangzhou airport.

hope that my answer is helpful. :)

Thanks for the reply :) That explains it, but 20 days to go from one side of China to the other does seem a long time. But I'm glad it appears to be on the way finally.

Yes. 20 days from a city to another city within china is very long. actually it takes only 2-4 days to reach guangzhou from xiamen. but it takes much more days for post office in guangzhou to scan orders, because the post office had a big backlog during World University Games which was over on Aug 23.

orders will have new update only when they are scanned. :)

Just to follow this up, the order arrived today :) Took a bit longer than any I've made before, but this was completely down to the postal service and nothing to do with Healthcabin. Thanks for the help.

Thank you for telling me the good news, which made me relieved.

We are sorry for the long delay, which was caused by our post office.

We do appreciate your understanding. :)
