Yes, fax machine should do the trick. I just spoke with them and they're supposed to be calling me back shortly regarding the shipment..My rep with the manufacturer said everything is now taken care of so we should be set.. I'm sorry for the delay guys, I seriously wouldn't have even done the pre-sale if I knew it was going to take so long to get everything in.. :|

I might be the only one around punching the wall.. :D Damn I'm lucky to have such a cool bunch of customers...

I checked with them again and the shipment is in customs processing..Still.. I asked them what gives and they said because of the Easter weekend they are really backed up. DOH!

Thanks to everyone for being great about this, and my offer stands regarding the refund if anybody is sick of waiting, just send me an e-mail through the support link on the site.

Nope, these were offered as a pre-sale. Meaning that he didn't have them in yet but had them coming, and is why they were being sold at a "pre-sale price".
Now if Ben had said "I have these things in stock", took our money and said "oops sorry the shipment didn't get here yet" that would be a different story.
I also agree with flowersoul - communication is key in this situation.

If anyone really wants a refund they are being offered.

I think you might have been the person I can't contact, since either Alex or myself replies to each e-mail that we receive...

I've tried replying twice and I get a returned e-mail message from your mail server...
Suggest you check into a gmail account..Good e-mail service :)

Notice: if your tracking number says "BACKORDERED" rather than a tracking number it means it hasn't really shipped.

Ben...seems like your email client or server is set to only accept emails from your "web form". Whenever you're sent an email to the support ATATAT vapornine.com address your not getting it unless the form is used apparently, or at least thats the way it seems.

I sent you en email earlier today about my order #1213 to confirm if you received my extra paypal payment for the 2 bottles of liquid to include in my neb pre-order.

I wanted the 1x marlboro 16mg and 1x hilton 16mg bottles.
