Hi, I'm a new member so I can't post this on VV's forum.

I've been vaping for almost 3 yrs and have only used the KR-808 batteries, carts and tanks .

Recently I've had some health concerns and began to research organic juice. After many hours of reading I decided to go with Virgin Vapor even though I normally never order from companies who don't give a contact phone number.

I also decided to switch to the equipment VV carries and just order everything in one place. Since this would involve, for me, a large investment I had many questions and needed to speak with someone in person. Tuesday 3/19 I sent an email expressing the need to speak with someone, this is Saturday and I have yet to receive a reply. They do have a chat line but no one is ever on it.

This does not bode well for someone who orders a one month supply at a time. I am close to out of supplies by the end of the month so if I have an order or product issue I need a quick response to my email so I can get a replacement quickly and don't end up without needed vaping supplies.

Does anyone order from VV ? Is lack of response to customer inquiries a common occurrence ?

Anyone have a recommendation for a good organic juice supplier with better customer service ?

Any ideas or observations much appreciated.
J.

I've ordered from them and was very happy with the service. It could be somehow something got messed up with their email. Unfortunately Vendors can't post in this forum. Try another email.

My preferred juice vendor has become Dripeeze: https://natural-eliquid.com/store/index.php

They offer all natural, all organic flavorings, in pg/vg ratio's of your choice, and strength of flavor options depending upon your nic level. They seem to specialize in fruit and spice flavors.

Their hardware selection is limited to ego batteries and clearomizers.

I have ordered frequently from Virgin Vapors. I can not speak to their availability to answer questions as I've not needed to do that. You could get your post count up to 5 and then go onto their sub-forum to ask any questions that you may have of their customer base. From my understanding, Virgin Vapors is a two-person business, and I would guess their priority is to mix and ship juice orders before getting around to answering emails.

Another vendor that I have used that has a line of juices in all natural and all organic flavors is Vaperite: Home

They appear to sell hardware from a variety of battery devices to a variety of juice delivery devices.

I'm waiting on my first order from VV. I have some special circumstances, so emailed them. They were really quick to respond, but had to talk with Annette to answer some of my concerns. Annette responded fairly quickly, and I was able to place my order.

I've also contacted another supplier and posed the same questions to them. I received what amounts to a "canned" response, with a burp of their generic info on their site. This was NOT helpful. I can read what is on the site. I needed answers to specific issues I face. I emailed back and asked that they actually verify their products won't kill me (shoot my email to the mfg. and let them tell me what to avoid...IF you can't honestly answer). A little put off with canned responses, but will give one more try. Still waiting.

Finally...thanks, Bad, for the new vendor link. I can't do artificial ingredients, so have to look for natural/organic. I just have some allergy issues to food based ingredients.

I agree you should email VV again. I found them to be very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Took longer to get order done, but well worth it.

Hello Jewelee,

I just recently got my order delivered from VV, it did come fairly quickly. I remember seeing something from them maybe on the site or on my receipt that they were in the midst of transitioning to a new location and to expect some delays. Maybe that could have been part of the issue?

Oh, then that is probably the issue. Thank you, my faith has been restored.

Thanks, I sure do wish they would give a contact ph. number, I'd feel much better ordering from them.
