what's your daily e juice consumption ?

This is my third week of vaping and I go through about 3ml of 12 or 18 mg juice per day.

During the first two weeks, I had some problems with sleeplessness and increased heart-rates. However, I was still smoking the occasional analog cig (usually one after breakfast and one or two more in the afternoon). I also had a few days when I was coughing up gunk from my lungs.

My hypothesis is that these were symptoms of my body adjusting to the new nicotine delivery method. I have been off cigarettes for a week now and can't complain about any side-effects. I no longer crave cigs, and the last ones I smoked tasted pretty horrible compared to my vapes.

I found that I like a strong (high nicotine) vape in the morning and that I feel best if I gradually reduce vape strength and frequency in the afternoon and evening.

about 5-6 ml of 12, 14, 16 or 18 mg a day, depending on which diy juice I feel like. No insomnia or other side effects. I used to be very prone to catching every virus kids brought home from school, and this fall I haven't had anything (knock on wood). Dunno if this is vaping or dumb luck, but not complaining :)

I've noticed the same thing. I do notice that after a 20 minute vape break at work, that my sinus passages will start to run. Generally will have to blow my nose once or twice during break, but once on my game, no nose run. When I vape at home, no major issue. Thinking that since I work in a smoking environment, my vape must be cleaning out all the second had smoke inhaled during the time spent out on the floor.

I started with the pre-filled cartridges (mostly 24 mg) and would easily burn through three to five per day in addition to smoking a pack or more or regular cigarettes. I learned my lesson, switched to e-juice, and as of the last few days, I have been going through about 3-5 ml (24 mg) per day. During my first week with e-juice, my peak was probably at around 8 ml.

I have yet to notice any side effects from vaping, except that I need to keep myself well hydrated at all times. However, when I quit smoking, I coughed my lungs out every morning for the first few days, couldn't sleep, and had massive headaches. Now things are starting to improve.

The great thing is that I am almost at the point where I would never dream of smoking another regular cigarette again. I passed a group of smokers while walking today, and just the smell made me almost gag.

Thinking back on the last 7 months that I've been a vaper, the only discomforts I had at the beginning of vape, were smoke related issues. I was at the point that it hurt to smoke most of the time. So just recovering from that, and detoxifying from 27 years of smoking chemicals and pollutants which had their own pre-existing factors.

I vape about 1-2 ml of 16mg liquid a day. My setup is a 900maH ego passthrough with a smok tech ARO Pyrex tank on top. Absolutely perfect, and I don't experience any side effects. :) I do start to notice when I'm chain vaping a bit much.

The amount of juice consumed a day is highly dependent on what ones vape gear is and the watts being vape at.
I have two pvd's, and several rba's.

I have a Provari, which I run at the highest watt/volt setting possible for my build, which is about 14-15 watts, depending on the build. I just keep adjusting the volts up till I get an E2 error, then dial it back .1 volt.

On the nemesis mechanical I am currently using a .5 ohm build, so that would put the watts at 30 something. When one vapes at high watts, juice is atomized at a higher rate. That is one of the reasons I went to DIY juice, to offset the cost of vaping 10-15 ml a day. so that comes out to about $1.20 for juice a day.

I mix all my juices at 12 mg nic, 80% VG, and 8-13% flavor. When I started, I used 24 mg nic, as my gear and builds improved I had to drop my nic level down other wise I'd get way over nic'd.

Hey guys, I quit smoking after 28 years. Started smoking at 15 years old. I thought I had no effects of smoking until I quit 2 months ago. I now vape about 3 mils a day at 18 proof. I vape more often through out the day, but a couple toots and I've got my fix for a awhile. That's unless I'm out drinking and then it's like the analog days and I'm chainvaping chasing the nic hit. But I never wake up the next day feeling like crap with an elephant on my chest. Besides all the positive benefits the only negative is the need for more water. A shot of vodka also cleans the pallet of the tongue scum. Unlike some people here I vape more at night and it seems to help me sleep better. But I was never a morning smoker in the past. I'm getting all these great results and was able to quit analogs in one day using an ego battery and BCC. So far no need or desire to move to a tank or a mod/mech.

At first I think I was doing around 5-7 mls per day, but I think I've cut down a bit. I was chain vaping ... sort of a security thing I think, but now I'm going longer between episodes where I have my nic stic in my hand. I started @ 30mg, dropped to 24, then to 18 and I think my next batch will be 12. No prob with the nicotine delivery or cravings, just need to find my needed level.

Hi all,

I've been vaping for about 5 weeks, currently vaping about 4ml of 12mg juice a day. Primarily through an EVOD 1.8ohm at 3.9 volts.

Side effects? Shortness of breath and decreased lung capacity. I'm an oddball in the fact that after 12 years of smoking, I quit with the use of smokeless tobacco about 5 years ago, of which I was still using until I started vaping. I failed at giving up nicotine, and really miss smoking, so e-cigs seemed like a good option.

I've read of others who have experienced the same, some who switched to 100% VG, and others who had the problem rectify itself. I'm going to give it a few more weeks of experimentation with VG and see what happens.

3 to 6 mil per day of 24mg/ml depending on how much time I have with the device in my hand.

1. Slight dry mouth countered by water.
2. Better sleep with less snoring and less sleeplessness. (I consume a ridiculous amount of caffeine each day)
3. Getting some lung function back.
4. Starting to be able to tell the difference in my coffee between 1 spoon of sugar per cup and 4 (taste is coming back)
5. Wife no longer tells me I stink every time I come inside.
6. Spend too much time on ECF.

hm, started with 24mg stuff, then cut back to 18 after a few days...24 made me feel crispy

im using about 2-3ml of joose a day I guess...typically its 12mg nic stuff, but I might spike it with some of the 18 or 24 to use it up and have a little kick of nicotine in my tank...vroom!

effects: none so far, other than overdosing on nic to start with a little...made me feel woozy. oh and I turned into an otter for a few days.

for sure needed more liquids to drink but thats exactly the same as everyone else.

I pee more. Im ...... now..wait maybe I should not have said that? Im not ...... now (I really am tho).

I could have written this, word for word. Well except for the wife part...she doesn't care how I smell. My GF on the other hand...

Vaping around 3mL/day.

Not experiencing any dry mouth, because I typically drink lots of water. However sore throats are starting to become A LOT more common. I know it's a side effect of the Propylene Glycol, but some of my sore throats have developed into more serious issues (headache, fatigue, ear ache, lack of appetite, fever). This has happened at least 3 times within the last two months, and I'm hardly ever sick.

I've since then began sterilizing my drip tip daily and appear to be doing better. Still getting sore throats though. It hasn't been long enough to determine a proper conclusion, but I guess I just have heavily bacteria ridden pockets lol.

2-3ml per day of 18mg. I have had to considerably up my water intake to counter mild symptoms of dehydration - this is probably my biggest struggle since I've never been good about getting my daily water intake. Other than that, I dealt with exhaustion for about a week, but I seem to be coming out of it. Honestly not sure whether or not it had anything to do with transitioning from smoking to vaping.

Planning to start going halvsies with 18mg & 12mg in the near future. Probably not until after the holidays, though, since I've committed myself to NOT spending more until I've used a small amount of the RIDICULOUS stock at home. ;-)
