What's Your Post Smoking Syndrome After You Switched to Vaping?

When I first switched to ecig, I have rash all around my body and my head especially.

When my wife first switched to ecig, for the first 2 weeks she became like a drug addict who doesnt get her daily dose of ........ Scariest wife ever

One of my friend get ulcers all around his mouth. Another friend had hard of breathing problem.

After 2-3 weeks, all the symptom are gone. It is the sign of our body losing tobacco cigarette and giving sign to us that it need more tobacco cigarette. It is the tobacco cig's fault, NOT ecig.

Amongst quite a few withdarwal symptoms i had from quitting smoking for me the worst was terrible blinding headaches but they passed after a couple of weeks.

My symptom that kept me from quitting smoking was dissociative panic attacks. I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder that cigarettes were helping me cope with. I only had one from switching to vaping, and I recovered quickly (about 6 hours). Thank you, vaping!

Anything else was positive.

My only problem was a sudden urge to smoke. They got weaker and came less often over time. Now I don't have them at all, not even for vaping. Somewhere on here is a list of symptoms people have when quitting smoking. I'm sure someone will come along and let you know where it is. Good luck.

After 35yrs of smoking I went down to 3 the first few days of vaping but went back up to 6 for a few weeks.
Good thing maybe as it's probably a healthier thing to taper off something than cold turkey.

I had zero symptoms.

Well, except for feeling AWESOME, lol.

I coughed for 2 days due to the crap from cigs leaving my lungs. Then I did have the shakes when I went up in nic level 1 day bc I ran out of my lower nic ejuice; once I went back down all was good.

I started with a nic level that was too high - caused headaches and general "not well" feelings. Lowered nic and those symptoms went away. The only other odd thing I remember now is that for the first few weeks I chain vaped like crazy, and would even wake up during the middle of the night to vape (I think insomnia is a smoking-cessation symptom)

I don't know what happened to the world during the 40 years that I smoked, but after I quit I found out that some things...well, a lot of things actually...just plain stink. I mean, I just don't remember the world smelling this way when I was 20. Who screwed it up?

Headache, nausea, irritated sinuses, shortness of breath, irritability, etc. I had em all. Lol. Glad that my fiance supported me and put up with it for a couple weeks. Lol

I do tend to get something on my forehead;
people report about a film of stuff developing on their car windscreen, so I assume the stuff that gets on my forehead is like that; the problem used to be I would scratch it, then it would get red and look like a rash; so now I just be carefull not to scratch it but just try to wash it off.
