I got a nasty cold a few weeks after. Hurt like hell but helped get all the gunk out of my lungs.

Some of the above, but the biggest nuisance was the raw throat for a couple of weeks.

After 40 years of smoking, patches, meds, hypnotism, accupuncture, etc., I was able to quit analogs instantly with vaping. No medical issues at all, however, I became addicted to buying all sorts of vaping merchandise. It's now become a hobby for me until I figure out a way to stop the madness. I vape at 0 to 3mg...

Irritability so far. I vape at 6 - 12mg and I'll probably stay around this level. However the people around me are much happier and say I don't stink like an ash tray

I haven't noticed any negative effects but almost 4 months vaping and no smoking do feel much better in every way. So all has been positive for me.
